Chase Suite Hotel Lincoln - ลิงคอล์น

From the moment I checked in, all the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel is actually a cluster of buildings which house individual suites. Very nice. Second time I've stayed there and probably the ONLY hotel I plan to use when staying in Lincoln.

Better than expected stay

I did not realize when I booked the room how old the place was. It was clean I just prefer newer hotels for obvious reasons.

Wonderful stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. Will book here again next time I'm in Lincoln.

This is an old Residence Inn, so it's furnished the same. Overall this is a pretty good hotel, but even the the hotel is non-smoking, I could distinctly smell stale smoke, indicating either they didn't paint or replace carpeting after the change. There was. Fireplace but igs not gas so I assume it's natural.

We loved having the fireplace going when there were 13 inches of snow outside!

After 1 night at this hotel I decided to stay somewhere else. The front door did not lock from outside and the shower flooded bathroom (soaking all towels and my clothes). The kitchen would of been great if the dished were clean or I had soap to clean them.

We really enjoyed how comfortable and homey our room was. The service was exceptional and we plan on coming back. It had a nice kitchen area along with a big tv in the livning space and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed in for such a great rate!

The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen and a living area with a fire place. It was nice and cozy.

This hotel is sorely lacking in maintenance, and it shows. We did not even have a functioning light bulb in the bathroom - and there was no replacement available at the front desk. The 'maintenance man' brought a regular light bulb, instead of the spot light because that is all they had available. And when he installed it, he had to stand on the toilet […] seat, because he did not bring a ladder. Although the exhaust fan was running, the maintenance man tried to locate the fuse box to see if it had blown. He could not find the fusebox, nor could he open up the room where he thought it might be. If this were a sitcom, I would have thought the plot too ridiculous to be believed. We stayed here to have Christmas at hotel. We had a penthouse suite which worked out wonderful. We brought a 2 ft tree and had our Christmas with our family. The only thing we had problems with was the upstairs toilet. We asked for a plunger and made it work, but did let them know at check out that they needed to look at it. The bed didn't pull out for my son to sleep on. I called the office and they only offered me a different room. The sheet on the bed were VERY worn! Almost disgusting. The water in the shower was cold for the second shower (the first was NOT a long shower). Location was great. Quiet neighborhood. Nice people and the front desk...

Largest issue, sat on the bed upon arrival to learn that at least 1 leg was missing or broken as evidenced by me being dumped to the floor.

It was freezing weather so we turned up the heat in the room to 69. It kept me awake during the night it was so loud. When I turned it down, it was more quiet. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We love to stay at Chase Suite Hotel. It's very homey and comfortable. Almost like a vacation home away from home for us.

This property appears to have once been apartments. I was pleasantly surprised at the very comfortable, updated room. I had a King suite, and it was perfect for what I needed. I was only there one night, but it would have been ideal for a longer stay. Everything was in great working order, and the kitchen had everything I would need to "make myself […] at home". The surrounding area offers many options for dining and shopping (mall was just across the street). Parking was very convenient just outside your room. I will stay here when I return to Lincoln. I traveled to Lincoln with my family and we stayed at Chase Suites for 3 days. The suite was very clean and roomy. The staff was really courteous. Our suite had 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen and a nice size living room area with a sofabed, (We didn't use the fireplace since it wasn't that cold.) The set up was like a loft-style apartment but […] the furnishings were kinda old; they were not as updated as they appear to be in the photos on the website. The breakfast had plenty to offer; not just an average continental style that's served at other facilities. The hotel had a country cabin-like appeal. We loved the condo feel of our hotel room with the full kitchen. Great amenities for a great price.

Amazingly clean, and very well-equipped to handle short and long-term stays.

Very comfortable, very hospitable staff. Nicest place we stayed on a three week road trip through the Midwest and down into MO. Stayed at the Chase going and coming and would highly recommend it for comfort and amenities. Hot breakfast and happy hour added immensely to our pleasant stay. The hotel was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Common space was good as well as breakfast. Rooms how ever are noisy -- you hear running water from all around you and people outside or in adjacent rooms.

Great suite, spacious, comfy, terrific breakfast.

Hotel was better than expected. Not your traditional hotel, more like you own little apartment. Free breakfast in the morning and happy hours in the evening helped save on food cost. Rooms had all the amenities you could ask for. The people at the hotel as well as the people of Lincoln were extremely friendly. Would certainly stay there again.

We just stayed here for the second time, and both stays were great. The suites are well laid out, with great kitchens. Some parts of the suites are updated, and some parts are a bit dated, but still very functional. The breakfasts have enough choices to suit most anyone (I'm a vegetarian, and I did just fine). As has previously been my experience, the Chase Suites in Lincoln is an outstanding value in hotel accommodations. The room was nicely appointed, clean and well maintained. The only complaint was from a loud upper neighbor, but the hotel staff did a nice job of asking the other party to keep it a bit quieter.

This is a nice facilty and very welcoming from check in to check out

Chase Suite Hotel Lincoln was a comfortable no-frills hotel. What set it apart, was the fantastic attitude of the staff. Nothing was a problem. They picked up and dropped us off all over the town, organised game tickets and provided invaluable local knowledge. We would return there

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lincoln, especially if you are going to a Huskers football game. They provide a shuttle to and from the game, and continue it for 3 hours afterward so you can stay and celebrate after the game! I recently stayed for 7 nights at this hotel and loved it. The help at the front desk was so helpful I couldnt believe it. The front desk put it upon themselves to help me work with the other hotel that I had scheduled for two days due to Chase suites being full but getting an opening. When I first pulled up, I thought I made a poor decision in choosing my hotel...but I was very pleased to have been wrong. This place was much nicer and more pleasant than I had expected.
