We could not have been happier; the staff, beginning with the check in and valet parking, were very professional, warm and welcoming. We felt immediately at home. The concierge is a treasure trove of information. When in doubt, or need anything at all, just "ask Bob."! He helped us find the best restaurants, jewelry store and hiking locations in the […] nearby area. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to be of assistance, without interfering in one's routine. The food and drinks there are excellent as well. This hotel is one of the top shelf inns at modest prices. Small, quaint and lots of charm. The staff was excellent and a great restaurant. highly recommended..Dr J

The hotel has always been a favorite. It boasts a great location. comfortable rooms and good food...even in Santa Fe. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will continue to stay at and recommend The Inn of the Anastasi. It is great!!

Our hotel was very well located and the staff were very helpful. Everything about our stay was first class and enjoyable. This was our first visit to Santa Fe and we would highly recommend the hotel and the city to others

Terrific location, helpful staff, especially the concierge, lovely room, delicious fresh-baked cookies and crisp apples. I had always wanted to stay there and can now cross it off my bucket list.

Excellent location and the staff were all exceptional. My only complaint was parking - it's valet only so it's difficult if you need to run back to your room. We will stay here again.

I booked the hotel with pre-paid great rate but worried we'd get a closet for a room. I was thrilled with the room size and by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. This is one of my favorite hotels anyway and this trip only confirmed it. I hope to stay there again next year.

An awesome experience from when we arrived until check out! they were fantastic with our dog as well. Howard

The Rosewood Anasazi was the perfect choice on our short visit to Santa Fe. The town plaza is only steps away. We were glad we chose this hotel over some of the larger ones in town. There was wonderful attention to detail, nice fireplace in the room. It was a quiet, restful place when it came time to sleep. Outstanding!!

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the Inn. The customer service was second to none-- Bob, the concierge, was a true gem and all of the staff made us feel like we were the only guests. Location is perfect, rooms were beyond comfortable, but the people really made it great!

Located just steps from the square, and close to dining , shopping& historic sights, this luxury hotel takes customer service to a whole new level. We have stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, but we have never encountered such a consistently high level of service from every member of the staff. They were genuinely friendly, and eager to help […] in any way possible. It was also lovely to come back at night to a turned down bed with the fireplace lit and fresh cookies on the night table. It may not be as small and quaint as other hotels in the area, but then again, you might not get the Rosewood level of service at other places. The location is as good as it gets. I loved having a fireplace in our room. The only thing I would improve is the room service. I am a black coffee drinker but had to add cream and sugar to my coffee as the […] coffee was very overpowering. We also ordered a breakfast quesadilla. We loved our stay. The attention to detail is most impressive. The turn down service very nice.

Gorgeous property. Top notch staff, gracious and fast valet service, and very helpful concierge. Every inch a masterpiece of Southwestern decore. Wood beams, fireplaces, adobe walls, slate floors, leather furniture and artwork everywhere. The hallway even has a 3-story waterfall which was a pleasant (very zen) surprise. A real treat for those who love […] well executed Southwestern adobe style. Our traditional king room was perfect for us on our 5 night stay. Very comfty and functional. The ceiling wood beams, the super easy to use (push button) kiva gas fireplace, the large closet, the lighting, the iPod station, and the decore made for a really cozy and romantic room although the smallest in sq footage. The TV was just Ok. It's a flat screen but not HD and reception was grainy. The bathroom also Ok, large enough, but more functional than luxurious. The location is perfect, across The Plaza, and the staff is top notch. My only caution would be the limited food options. The restaurant is gorgeous but the food taste didn't meet our expectations. We didn't notice any healthy or "quick grab" options either. Rest. seems over-rated and over-priced. Simpler might have been better? Or maybe more than one option if you don't want to make a big production of every meal? The bar/lounge are also gorgeous but very small (8 bar stools and maybe 3 tables?) and always packed at night so we never got to enjoy them. The inn also has a library and separate den. Both with fireplaces, gorgeous, but both rented out for holiday functions and n/a to guests in more than one occassion. Never found the SW book collection in the library so.. maybe packed away due to private holiday parties? My suggestion is to stay here but eat elsewhere. The rest is perfect. Enjoy! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The hotel is located right off the plaza, which means you can walk to all the attractions. The rooms are extremely clean and the area is safe. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, that is the only good thing i can say for it. The Desk Clerk was rude and hard to understand. The room was very small, about the size of a large closet in TX. The price was expensive for the quality and size and the Hallways had a strange smell in them.

This is an example of a small boutique hotel that gets it. Wonderful, friendly staff who make a point of remembering your name. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The housekeeping staff keeps the hotel impeccably clean. The hotel does not have the amenities such as spa or gym services but the great food, wonderful bar and outdoor patio […] more than make up for it. And the location is perfect. My husband and I have traveled all over the US and Europe and The Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi rates very high on our list. We are not fond of large hotel properties. The Anasazi is definitely a 4.5 star hotel. Great service, location, design, attention, food, drinks, comfort, etc. Minor reservations were a limited mini-bar selection and the room thermostats need to be upgraded - everything else was perfectly beautiful.

Although I was familiar with the hotel previously, this was my first stay. Everything was exceptional. Location is perfect to center of activity. I was particularly impressed by the staff addressing me by name on our second day. All staff extended friendly greetings in the halls and was always willing to help. Recommended!

Bedding and bath linens were wonderful. Also, bath toiletries were of high quality. Staff was attentive. Valet worked hard. Very satisfied with the facility. Pet friendly, too.

The Hotel employees from the front desk, the concierge to the waitress int he restaurant were all top notch. they each individually went out of their way to ensure we had a great trip..and offered suggestions for side trips. This is our first stay at the Inn of the Anasazi, but we would definitely stay there again. It is steps from the Governor's Palace and the Plaza. The hotel was immaculate, the service outstanding. A little pricey, but worth it>
