Boracay Hills - Boracay

I did not enjoy our stay here. We had booked a room with a jacuzzi, but on arrival, we were "upgraded" to a suite - but that just meant a set of two rooms with four beds total (for only two people). The jacuzzi rooms were all being used for spa services. And that's the big issue with this hotel - they focus on the spa portion. As a hotel, they don't […] really know what they are doing. They tried, but everything seemed amateurish - breakfast was served every morning, but it was always cold by the time they brought it to the room. They cleaned the room some days, but never took the garbage out - other days, they didn't clean at all. We scheduled a ride to the town one day, because we had a specific appointment for island-hopping, and the driver wasn't around when the time actually came. The location is also pretty terrible - as noted, they have a shuttle that will take you on demand, but you have to pay to get back each time. And it's a long enough journey to be a deterrent - we tried to prepare in the morning for any eventuality instead of making multiple trips. That meant we ended up with a bunch of stuff to carry around all day. It would have been much nicer to stay somewhere close to the beach, and be able to pop home at short notice to change clothes or just relax for a bit between activities. All that in mind, I can't recommend this place. I feel like the descriptions are misleading, and they don't provide the level of service they claim to. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

hotel located about 10 minutes drive from D Mall the main shopping area of Boracay, beautiful gardens, rooms quite nice, management a bit disorganised as every time you wanted something the relevant manager or staff member was not there so you always seemed to be waiting around for a lift into town, to get question answered or to get something out of […] safety deposit etc., the english owner is a very nice lady, overall my stay was enjoyable, breakfast very basic consisting of toast and jam and needs to be improved. The hotel is a bit far from the beaches, but the charm of the hotel and quiet of the area is well worth the short tricycle ride to White Beach. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The trip was wonderful, I'd love to go back!

Had a wonderful week-long stay at Boracay Hills. The hotel surroundings are a tropical paradise with lush plants and trees. The room was clean & comfortable. Friendly smiles and welcome drink upon arrival! Had a little mishap with the airport transpo at the arrival (reservation wasn't made), but that was quickly fixed. The staff (Rex, Barry, and the rest!) was AMAZING! They were so caring, ensuring that my stay was tee-perfect. The resort itself was a perfect, quiet get-away. I was looking for something […] away from the beach and commercial strip, while not compromising the easiness of beach access. (The hotel driver drove me down to the beach and the abundant supply of tricycles made everything so simple.) The compound was well-kept, while continually undergoing beautification by the staff. The room was good, except for the dirty comforter (hotels in general don't clean their comforters often, but this one was especially stained) and the shower was in a dubious condition. A simple, but sufficient breakfast was served to your "private dining area"--even at 4:30 am (had an early flight)!!! Overall, I was so impressed with the service, room, and location! Very good hotel, very nice people and the service was very good to as long as we stay there.the room was very nice and they clean it evry day. it was a very nice experience with very good memories:))) i recommend to the others who want to visit. the hotel wasn't near to the beach but they order trasportation for free ))

酒店环境是很不错的，每间房里面都有一个比房间还大的SPA房，可以免费做SPA。但是因为我们做了别的酒店的SPA，所以无福享受啊。酒店在S3离闹区有点远，但是酒店都可以免费送到岛上你想去的地方，其实还是很方便的。我们定的房间订单上是包含早餐的，但是早上的时候，他们工作人员根据他们拿到的订单是没有早餐的，最后酒店工作人员还是提供了免费的早餐给我们。要是去长滩岛有很长时间的话，我觉得在这种酒店住着还是很舒服的，有游泳池，有SPA，但是纯粹于玩乐的还是建议住S2，我们住的两个晚上完全没有好好享用，只是回去睡了个觉，但是酒店环境和服务还是很称赞的。

메인해변인 스테이션 2와는 약간 멀리 떨어져있지만 호텔내 서비스 및 청결도는 괜찮았음. 외진곳에 위치해 있기에 밤길 조심이 요함.

Le chef cuisinier vous prépare une superbe langouste au barbecue que vous aurai acheté au préalable avec une succulente sauce au beurre d’échalote pour 1€. C’est un régal, (pour infos […] une langouste d’un kilo coûte 17€ avis aux amateurs) Une grande piscine vous permettra de vous relaxer l’eau est chaude en permanence. Vous voulez vous rendre à la plage, dans le complexe DMall pour vos achat, il suffit de demander, l’hôtel met à votre disposition son mini bus. Pour les distractions, assez onéreuses sur cette île paradisiaque, demandez à Cassie ou Rodel ils vous les négocieront jusqu’à 40% moins chère Chacun de vous à travers ce commentaire comprendra le plaisir que nous avons eu à séjourner ici. Ps : pour les « coups de blues » Cassie est aussi spécialisée……que demander de plus ? Ah oui un cendrier, mais son absence en chambre non fumeur n’est ce pas normal …. Petite infos complémentaire : vous ne trouverai pas toujours des prises de courant au format standard européen même si c’est du 220 V , et si l’hôtel peut vous en prêter gracieusement pensez à prendre vos précautions Dernière chose, ne regardez pas trop aux pourboire, n’oubliez pas que 55 PHP représente seulement 1€ et que l'appréciation et la satisfaction qui se manifeste également Boracay Hills, a charming hotel, a pleasant environment, friendly staff, you feel at ease. A quality staff and dedicated hosting simple. The chef prepares a wonderful lobster barbecue that'll have you purchased in advance with a luscious butter sauce shallot for 1 €. It is a treat, (for info crawfish a kilo costs 17 € for the fans) A large swimming pool you will relax in warm water continuously.
