Super 8 Motel Arkansas City KS - Arkansas City

Staff was friendly, Room was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for.

only 2 things could of been better. better pillows and the tv needs to be put up higher. everything else was great

The staff was courteous, and rooms were clean. For price it was good. Breakfast was available if into carbs for breakfast which satisfied my party. I had to eat out for eggs.

Has a lot going for it. The quality of the facility was better than I expected for a Super 8 The staff were often hard to find though

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. I had booked a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room. When addressing this with the hotel staff, they indicated it was my fault -- I had booked it incorrectly. Unfortunately, they had no non-smoking rooms to offer. After checking my confirmation, I found I had booked it correctly and showed them […] the confirmation. They reluctantly gave me another room, but were very agitated. It's historically been a gamble when staying in a hotel in the AC area. However, once Super 8 bought the former Victorian Inn, things became a bit more reliable. These folks identified an error in booking details. They not only went out of their way to verify my booking was correct, but also provided me with a satisfactory room on a rather busy weekend.
