The Citadelle is a fantastic hotel. They were quite slow when we arrived, so we got outstanding personalized service. Based on the quality of personnel, I would expect nothing less even if they're completely booked. The location is central yet serene, and easily within walking distance to the city center. The hotel has historical significance and quite unique given its modern interior. Location was great for walking to two distinct areas of the city - the squares and cathedral as well as the terrific new Pompidou Centre - Metz and staion area.

We chose the hotel because as art lovers we decided to visit the new museum in Metz. The Hotel is only 10 minutes from the museum and the surrounding is fantastic.

Hôtel confortable, luxe non ostentatoire, service discret et efficace,accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner calme et sympathique (très varié en ce qui concerne le pain et en particulier un pain noir sublime... introuvable à Paris !), et bien sûr mention supérieure pour le restaurant.

Un hotel 4 étoiles bien situé dans Metz, confortable mais impersonnel quant à la décoration. Diner au restaurant "la maison aux vivres" 1 étoile, très décevant tant au niveau des mets qui manquent d'originalité et de préparation mais surtout au niveau du service du sommelier, service inexistant puisqu'il n'est la que pour servir le vin dans les verres […] : aucun conseil, aucune explication sur les vins... bref un très mauvais rapport qualité prix... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam aan receptie. Aleen de porter was professioneel. Totaal verkeerd gesitueerde en ingerichte restaurant en bar. Mogelijk door vorenstaande nagenoeg niet bezet. Wekken verkeerde illusies, bijv, met satelliet TV, want Nederland was niet te ontvangen.

The hotel is on a great location, neighbour of a Art Museum and at walking distance to major attractions in Metz. But the service is very poor. The front desk attendant, indicated a location of the brand new Centre George Pompidou Metz (don´t miss it) as being behind the cathedral, what is absolutly wrong. The restaurant (suposed to be very good) was […] closed at 9:00 pm (the food at the bar was good). Having breakfast, at 10 o´clock sharp the waitress started to take everything from the buffet (22 euros/person) even with two tables being used by the clients including mine. Très bon hôtel, chambre très confortable et au calme. Décoration épurée et sobre. Tout est très chic sans une once de clinquant. Pensez cependant à prendre la catégorie de chambre " supérieure", les "simples" sont un peu banales.

Sejour a 2 en couple. Belle chamber. Air conditionne un peu trop fort ( chamber tres chaude). Superbe petit dejeuner vraiment remarquable. Seule fausse note : le lit n a pas ete refait le deuxieme soirée, aloes que la chamber l avait ete

Un bel exemple d'intégration d'un hôtel moderne dans un bâtiment historique. Deux petits bémols: il n'est pas possible de prendre son petit déjeuner après 10 h le dimanche, un brunch serait appréciable. La fermeture du bar le dimanche: nous sommes revenus prendre un thé le dimanche après-midi, tout était fermé .

Prima hotel, wel redelijk prijzig voor een provinciestad als Metz. Centraal gelegen, zowel Centre Pompidou als centrum binnen 10 min te lopen. Rustige omgeving.

Surement l'un des plus beaux hotels avec cependant une maintenance laissant à désirer. Coffre fort défaillant changé après plusieurs heures. Mini bar avec traces de rouille à l'intérieur, portes en bois foncé avec traces de doigts et poussière.... Facturation étonnante du parking en supplément pour un prix de chambre qui devrait l'inclure alors que […] l'accès dans la zone de cet établissement ressort, en raison de travaux lourds actuels, du parcours du combattant avec sens interdits.... อ่านเพิ่มเติม
