i enjoyed my stay Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pulling out maps and giviing directions. I did not care for indoor pool. Very noisy and clorine smell was too strong. Breakfast was Ok..Did have hot breakfast, but maintaining the food supplies was a problem.

Had a small issue with the plugs in the bathroom not working, preventing me from drying my hair because the hairdryer is stationary. Very clean room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff.

Because I really enjoy this place for being a quiet hotel, I have stayed there before and will again. The beds are comfortable, computers available, breakfast buffet in the mornings and a nice location close to the highway. Staff is very friendly at front desk.

The location was close to family and friends who reside in the area. A variety of restaurants were within walking distance from the hotel. The mall is about a 5 or 6 minute car ride . The hotel location is ideal for day excersions to Kemah,Galveston or into Houston The breakfast offerings were limited and not presented in an eye pleasing manner.

Overall hotel was great, had some mold growing around the tub base. Room had a musty, moldly smell had to run the A/C to remove.

I stayed here one night with my 5-year-old and my chihuahua. We had an executive suite which was very large, gorgeous, and clean. It's a sizable apartment instead of what I've previously thought of as a suite. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if one needs to stay for an extended period.

Great stay. This is our 2nd time to use this hotel. Great place to stay. Large Rooms, clean. No complaints. Good location- shopping and dining nearby.

No complaints, great location because we visit Kemah, Houston and Galveston. Near shopping and restaurants. Will stay at this hotel again.

The room was very nice and accommodating for me and my family. The kids loved the pool which was heated/indoors. I enjoyed watching them play in the pool as I sat in the very nicely heated spa. Will stay again on my next visit to the area.

Indoor pool is not heated and is more in a sunroom true indoors. Pool water was cold. Hot tub was fine though. Waffles were good, eggs & sausage not so much. Overall thought, a good stay. Zio's next door had some good itailian food.

Very comfortable. I was there on business for 3 days and was able to setup an office in my room, with good Wifi. Convenient to my business location. Good stay....

Thier Customer service is not the level of my expectation, even the breakfast is not enough for all thier customer.

The staff was wonderful and very welcome. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. I wish I could have spent my entire vacation here instead of just passing through. It was even a better hotel than others I have stayed in for 3 times the price!!

The rooms were extremely large--great for the long stay we had. They are also recently remodeled and quite nice. The poll was nice. The workout room weight equipment needs replacement or fixing but the treadmill and elliptical worked but were worn.

My stay there was GREAT!! The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had surgery in a nearby hopsital and the beds were comfortable, very soft! Got plenty of rest. My stay couldn't have been any better!!!!!

150 kids from a bus checked in on Saturday night. They were running up and down the halls, slamming doors, and screaming to the top of their lungs. There were obviously not enough adults with them. There were junior high kids in rooms with NO adults in the room with them!!! All hotels should make sure that minors have adults sleeping IN the rooms.
