PINEAPPLE FIELDS - Palmetto Point

Pineapple Fields is a collection of condos right outside of Governors Harbor, Eleuthra on a well maintained piece of land across the street from the atlantic coast. The condos are rented through the management office and have a timeshare feel to them as each is decorated slightly differently. It was a bit difficult to find the first time, as there is […] no signage from queen's highway (the main thoroughfare on the island). Other than that it's ideally located. Close to town and the airport. The grounds offer a pool, pretty scenery, a small deli/gift shop, close proximity to the beach and little else ( many would ask "what else do you need?"). The beaches would be very nice if they were cleaned. When we were there they were covered in seaweed and a few hundred feet away from the stairs that served as the point of access, tons of trash. This was kind of standard for what we saw all over eleuthra... not a lot of pride taken in the upkeep of public areas. This is definitely something to consider when planning your vacation. The real bright spot was the restaurant across the street (on the beach) called, Tippy's. Great food and service, not just by island standards and you can add your tab to your room. Great location, great condo, great staff. Definitely a great place to stay!

Das Pineapplefields hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Es liegt an einem ganz wunderbaren Strand, an dem man oft ganz allein ist. Das Appartement war sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Nähe zu Governors Habour ist von großem Vorteil. Wir würden jederzeit wieder gern unsere Urlaubstage dort verbringen.

L'hotel est très bien situé, très propre et très confortable. Le petit restaurant qui se situe au dessus de la plage est convivial. La plage est magnifique. Je recommande !

Splendido resort immerso nel verde, posizionato sul mare con ristorante dignitosissimo a disposizione. Al Tippy's (questo il nome del ristorante) si può anche solo sorseggiare un cocktail (ne fanno di ottimi). Vicino a Governor's Harbor piccola deliziosa cittadina con tutti i servizi essenziali. Da segnalare lo splendido Pammy's ristorante dove fanno […] un polla alla bahamense spettacolare. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare North Eleuthera, specie andando verso nord (il sud è decisamente meno interessante anche paesagisticamente), con segnalazione doverosa per la splendida Harbor Island (dove andate con il water taxi a 5$ a persona), e dove conviene andare alla Pink Sands, una spiaggia rosa spettacolare. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

We loved the room/flat. Very nice and clean; and also very well equiped. Staff was very helpful and the restaurant across the street was great too. The Island of Eleuthera was lovely and so where the people.
