Base Auckland - โอกแลนด์

Good location and laundry facilities were good. Everything else was of a poor standard for the price we paid.

Central - close to major public transport, good shops and convinient. The elevators didn't work properly but there is always the stairs.

We got a small room without any windows. It looked like a jail cel. We got no towels. We booked for 3 nights and after 2 nights they locked us out of our room. They said that we only booked for 2 nights and we had to prove that we booked the 3rd night. Because we didn't have a confirmation on paper we had to show it on the computer. They were not co-operating. […] It took us a long time to convince them that we booked and paid for the 3rd night. They were very rude and not helpfull. Only one elevator of 3 was working in this 10 stores building. Everyone was complaining about this thing. We would not advise anyone to stay in this place. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The staff was terribly rude, the place felt like a prison and there wasn't the slightest bit of friendliness in the whole building. The whole place seemed to revolve around getting the guests to visit the bar they own downstairs.

Basic, clean room. Rooms are kept very cold by central air that guests can not control. Shower is push mechanism that turns off automatically after 20 seconds. Good luck finding the knob with eyes full of shampoo. Location is great. Center of town. Staff is very helpful

Exactly what I expected. A good clean above all cheap place to stay. Good location. Plenty of food courts and shops in the area. Large single room. Communal facilities like the internet and movie rooms quite good. Bathrooms showed signs of use but with so many people that was to be expected.

Bar belaget mitt i stan, nara till allt. Ingen direkt hogre standard ( bodde i dubbelrum med dusch och toalett) men fullt funktionsdugligt! Anvande dock inte kok och tvattmojligheterna (de sag dock slitna me funktionsdugliga ut). Det erbjods manga bokningsmojligheter pa stallet. Bra och trevlig personal i receptionen.

Wohl grösstes Hostel in Auckland. Ganz Interessant. Jedoch lange Wartezeiten bei check in, Küchennutzung und den Aufzügen (bei 8 Etagen lief über mehrere Tage nur einer) Klimaanlage lief ständig auf Hochtouren und konnte nicht abgeschaltet werden. Wohlfuehlfaktor gleich null+absolute Energieverschwendung!
