It probably was an exception, however the food service was slow in the morning. There was only one other customer at the time of our breakfast. Otherwise everything was very good.

The hotel was easy to find. I had two small problems with the room: 1) the shower pull was difficult to activate. 2) the refrigerator was loud when cycling. I reported both problems to the desk clerk at checkout . She assured me that the problems would be resolved going forward. The front desk clerk was friendly at the start but was completely absent at checkout. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The hotel was near a Starbucks but not really much else. Okay for a nights stay but not really that great.

We always stay here when visiting relatives in the Tulsa area. It's a pretty place, well maintained, clean & safe. We didn't eat at the small restaurant this time, but usually do. One suggestion: it's hard to spot the entrance, especially at night. Better lighting and more obvious signage would really help tired & confused travelers like us.

I wasnt very happy with this hotel. I really thought it would have been better since it was a hilton. The tv was not clear at alll- very fuzzy and the cable was bad as well. Hardly any channels worth watching. Also I think they should have some kind of breakfast. Their breakfast was 10.95.....really rediculas. jmo

The hotel is clean, modern, and friendly. It's close to the shopping, dining, and movie theaters we were planning on going to. We had a wonderful stay.

Very noisy at night. Can hear other televisions and slamming doors. Bathroom door didn't shut. Cable remote didn't work well.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and respectful of our needs. It would have been nice to have a free contintental breakfast with the price. The hotel was close to many places and family and suited our needs for the couple of nights we stayed there.

This hotel was clean, nice and had the amenities of a more expensive hotel. I would stay here again!

The customer service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. The hotel asked me to pay for the room, even though I had paid through hotels.com. I'm glad I was able to produce my receipt. When I got to my room, it did not have bath towels. I called to the front desk, and they told me that they would bring towels up to the room. 30 minutes later, I called […] again, and the same woman told me that if I wanted towels, I would have to go to the front desk and get them myself. At the hotel swimming pool, there were teenagers drinking alcohol and smoking inside of the pool, and using profanity. Not a family-friendly environment. I will not stay here again. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

very helpful and pleasant staff, hotel 2 blocks from major highway, very nice clean room with mimi fridge, microwave, free computer internet in business center, buffet breakfast 10.99 +tax and tip
