as nice as the conditions at the time, guests (only a certain ones) fights for elevators constantly...pushing and jumping the line-ups seems to be the thing to do, just for fun.

The hotel hasagood location but they have a terrible elevator system. One always has at least 5 minutes wait.

Positioned at the north end of Kowloon Park, it is handy for the mai tourist area of Tsim Sha Tsui. and also for the Jorda/Yaumeti areas with the Jade market, Night Market & many restaurants etc. Only downsides were the lifts (which are undergoing upgrades), and the lack of a business centre for printing online check-in boarding cards etc.

THE BP is consistently "okay"..have stayed several times..Very polite staff who try hard to work in English but lack the command of the language seen in other large hotels...but then again you are in "China" :) Rooms small but comfortable...key attraction here is price and location. Cheap hotel for its great location, unfortunately the rooms are small and showing their age. Been a regular traveller to HKG and found this to be one of the best locations for getting around. The hotel has close access to the subway and shopping from markets to high end shops. Considerable difficulty and delays due issues with the lifts. excellent location for sightseeing and close to MTR. Rooms are very tight for space and bathrooms are tiny but adequate. Mattress tends to be hard rather than firm.

Easy to get to via airport train and free shuttle bus right to the hotel. In a wonderful area, lots to do and see, also right across from a beautiful park. Staff most helpful and polite. To be honest, after a nice holiday in Cambodia with its wonderful hospitality, I find this hotel in Hongkong quite inadequate in its manners. To begin with, when I called them 2 time on the phone to change my reservation, everyone sounded quite impatient and in a hurry. Then, when I arrived at the hotel at mid-night with 4 luggage, there isn’t any bellman […] to help out. Besides the lady at the check-in counter, there is just one guy standing in the lobby, but all he did was to push the elevator button for me. The next day, when I checked out, the lady behind the counter did not even great me first, she just took a look at me. After she finished, she uttered only one word, “ok”. I was a little confused, so I inquired, “Are we done here?” Then she provided another brisk “ok”. The rudeness is simply unbelievable. The room is extremely tiny, I am a petite woman of 5 foot 2, wearing petite size 4; even for me, the room and beds are too small. But everything is clean though. The bed linens and towels are satisfactory. Despite of these, I still found it difficult to sleep, a couple of time I nearly fell out of my bed during the night. It was a very regular hotel to stay by the business. However, I fortunately had a very large room this time, I felt much more better&confortable. The location is ok. Close to the Nathan Rd where the main street of Tsim sha tsui, and transportations are all in walking distance. We checked in quite late that day and they are out of single king-bed non-smoking room. To make it up, the staff (whose english is excellent) was able to upgrade us to a room with the harbor view just for one night. We could see the light-symphony show from our room. The location of this hotel is great. Short walk to night market areas and in between Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations. Also right next door to Kowloon Park. The stand out item for this hotel for me was the daily room service, always prompt and they did a great job every day. Great location. Great breakfast/lunch/dinner place right across the street serving chinese and american foods. Also supermarket, 7-11, outdoor flea market, shops of all prices all within walking distance. Plus subway around the corner too.

This hotel is a great choice in a convenient location. I would recommend to students or business travelors. Do note that double bed rooms are not garaunteed at booking. We ended up with two singles. Still, a great hotel for the price!

I booked Double Single bed, they provided double double bed,so bed was too small. It was Smoker room against Non smoker room, so smell was felt. There was no alternative room available.it was almost midnight , reaching from airport, so there was no choice. 10% service charge is too high on basic value.

When we stayed check in tool ages!! In the busiest period of nye they decided to do maintenance on two of the four lifts... Other than that a very clean hotel!

We had requested a non-smoking room with a queen bed but only two single beds were available if non-smoking was preferred. The mattresses were very hard. The biggest problem was the elevators. Two of the four elevators did not seem to be working. There was a sign saying that they were being improved but did not see anyone working on them. Very tall […] building with some floors used by the Boy Scouts of Hong Kong so the elevators available, which were very small, were always very crowded and took a long time to arrive. Good location and clean room. They were prompt bringing ice. Room small but probably what could be expected in Hong Kong. The hotel is conveniently located to shopping on Canton Road and a 10 minute walk from the Kowloon train/bus station. There is a hotel shuttle, but I walked. My room was upgraded to a harbor view and it was small, but since it was just me in the room it was not a problem. I met a couple in the elevator and they complained that the room was tight for […] two people especially if you have large suitcases. In the evening, I walked around the area and felt safe. Across from the hotel, (Austin Road), there are lots of smaller shops where the shopping becomes more affordable and in the evening one of the streets is blocked for pedestrian traffic only and a bizarre of sorts is put in place where you can buy everything imaginable at very good prices. I took the Hong Kong express train to the airport and it was very convenient, be sure to head down to the customer service desk to buy your ticket. The room is clean but a little smaller than what i expect, also i requested one queen-size or double size bed for both my wife and I when i booked the room. ( Actually it did show on my reservation page that i booked the double bed room.) By the time i checked in, they told me only( 2 single bed )room left. At first impression the room was small, but the long I stayed there, the more I began to appreciate the overall experience. First off, the location can't be beat. The bed was comfy, room was clean and bath water had good water pressure.
