The hotel is a bit dated. The carpets need a thorough clean. The first room we were given has a stale musky smell so we asked to change rooms. The second room was better. The location is good. The buffet meals are a good value.

I really enjoyed all the wonderful amenities that were available at the hotel. The staff were very professional and went out of their way to ensure our comfort during our stay. this hotel is very near GH train station, so 1.30 hours from Hong Kong by the train and just 10 min by the Taxi to hotel, so more easy we have a meeting with HK company. but faximility is not perfect for business centre, even not prepare any meeting room with tea and snack etc. however meeting room charge is RMB200/hour. so this hotel is not good for […] business trip. breakfast is just so so, actually it's not good and not bad. but all staff can have communication as english so more convient to any visitors. totally this hotel is so so อ่านเพิ่มเติม

To be fair...The bed was comfortable and the room fairly quiet but the service was terrible even for a Chinese speaker. There was a lot of mold in bathroom which really surpised me. The hotel would have been nice 10 years ago but not now. By European standards this is a 3.5 star hotel.

I stayed at the Grand International for 5 nights in July. This is a very comfortable hotel with a fine restaurant. I had business at the US Consulant, it was a short taxi ride. We walked around the area most evenings, to my pleasure, the Pizza Hut is only a few blocks away. The staff was very helpful in setting up tourist outtings in our spare time. All in all a good hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive with a reasonably good level of English. The room was decent - not terribly exciting but for a business room comfortable and functional. The double glazing made for peace despite the busy road outside. I only had breakfast in the hotel but they were fine - a good choice of western and Chinese. Good hotel...if you are looking for a cheaper hotel but still very nice hotel during the fair, i can recommend this one. Breakfast was good, service was good, bed was hard, I will stay there again.

Hotellet var stort og flott, og hadde meget god service av hyggelig personell. Det eneste minus er at det ikke skjer så mye i gangavstand fra hotellet. Men på den annen side så er jo taxi omtrent gratis, så det gjør jo ikke sånne. Hotellet får absolutt min anbefaling!
