This hotel claimed to be connected to the airport and is not. It took us 20 minutes by hotel shuttle to get to the hotel. We had to leave the hotel for a flight before they started shuttle service in the morning. It cost us $120 for a one way trip for 5 (we were told it would cost $50). Friendly and helpful staff, nice fairly new hotel, big comfy bed, verrry small shower, uncomfortable to use, door is all glass and doesn´t close so bathroom has little privacy, Metro 10 minutes walking distance, and madrid´s Metro is great, organized and easy to understand....but the hotel is very far away from all the major sights , museums, it is […] just close to airport and Santiago Bernabeu. If you go out at night past metro hours of service, a taxi will charge you about 30 euros. The area is nice and safe. Loved Madrid! Todo bien salvo 2 detalles que ami parecer son de gran importancia: El primero, se trata sobre el material(gel, champú) que nos dejaron en los 2 dias de estancia en sus dependencias.Eramos 2 personas y el primer día tuvimos 2 botecitos de gel y 2 de champú y sin embargo el segundo solo teníamos 1 de gel y otro de champú.En cuanto al segundo punto se […] trata de la petición de una nueva almohada de cara a la segunda noche, teniendo como respuesta de parte de su recepcionista que no disponía de dicho material y que me lo suministrarían al día siguiente. Chambre spacieuse, propre, très bien isolée. Salle de bain bien équipée.Seul bémol, pas de barrière de sécurité pour le lit superposé. Hôtel à recommander pour le rapport qualité/prix. Métro à proximité.

ayant passé une nuit c'était trés bien, mais pas pratique pour rejoindre le centre de madrid en metro environ 45 mn. chambre calme et navette aeroport appréciable.

Precioso, limpio, comodo. El personal del hotel más amable imposible!. Encantadores. Te facilitan tu estancia y la hacen tremendamente agradable. Lo malo es que está alejado del centro. Hay boca de metro pero un poco lejos.

- 10Min von der Metrostation enfernt - freundliches und hilfsbereits Personal (haben uns teilweise zur Metrostation gefahren) - sehr ruhige Umgebung (keine Hauptsrassen/Autobahnen)

Hotel correcto en una zona empresarial a las afueras de Madrid. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones es mejorable (defectos en grifos, extractor, etc). Lo mejor es que ofrece habitaciones para cuatro o cinco personas, lo que se agradece viajando con niños pequeños, aunque resultan un tanto pequeñas.

no volveria a hospedarme en este hotel, queda muy lejos del centro de madrid. Por el precio se puede conseguir un mejor hotel en el centro ... El servicio es muy regular y los taxis al eropuerto son muy caros .
