Hampton Inn and Suites Clermont - เคลมง

We enjoyed our stay.. The room was clean with plenty of space. The complimentary breakfast was very good. A Carabbas across the street was convenient. Would recommend this.

Everything was great except the breakfast. Enjoy your stay.

It was my first visit and I was not even 5 minutes into my check-in and was made to feel like family. The staff bent over backwards to make my stay enjoyable ... my room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and amenities were terrific ... it's definitely a FIVE STAR Hotel in my books!

Overall it was good. Could improve in certain areas such as : * newspaper for client room only * improve wall paper in room * have certain object free of charge like tooth bruch (some hotel have these utilities for clients) * communication between coworker should be better. Be all in the same pace. Thank You

We stayed here during Christmas. The service was impeccable and they were very nice. Staff went out of thee way to make my family feel welcomed. The pack and play was waiting in our room as requested. Rooms were very clean and beds comfy. If you like the room cold you're in luck. AC worked great.

The place was great! Off tje path a little.but it is quite.

I was in town for a race which started very early and the staff opened up breakfast early for all the racers! Fantastic!

The staff was very helpful. The maid was terific. Iwould highly recommend the hotel.

We've stayed at Hampton I&S in several different cities and have always had a pleasant stay. This location was no different. We were in town for a triathlon and the staff actually had breakfast ready around 4 am to accommodate all the athletes staying at the hotel. We booked a Queen suite and it was very nice. Very large room. Very clean and we would definitely go back again.

The Hotel looked new outside and in. But when we got to our floor it smelt like someone had urinated in the hall way. It got so bad that our room started to smell. The room was clean but it looked like there was a urine stain in the desk chair. We told the women behind the desk but she never did anything about it.

Nice hotel this is walking distance to a couple of resturants. I would recommend this hotel.

When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk told me I had to pay for a roll-away. When I told her I didn't have to pay the last time I was there, she said it was a mistake. The morning shift front desk person was very nice and cordial, she showed excellent customer service skills; the two waitress which serve breakfast are also very nice.... The […] person that stands out the most (I mean this in the most negative term) is the night shitf person; the night shift lady/person has the customer service skills of a crocodile...This person has no business in customer service/public relations...All I asked for was an extra pillow and she acted like I had just asked her to go to the moon and back.... อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I always stay at Hampton Inn and have never had a bad experience...this time was no exception.
