We were in Boston for a family event and didn't want to pay $300+ per night, and the Hilton Garden Inn Burlington turned out to be a good choice. The hotel is clean and the staff is very attentive. Breakfast is average but we had a problem with our room keys so they gave us free breakfast tickets for our entire 5 night stay. It seemed like most everyone […] had breakfast tickets so they must not be too hard to come by. The location is convenient as it is right off I-95 and also right by the Burlington Mall. We had to stay only one night for the Red Sox game at Fenway park. Close to a subway station (15 min), so didn't have to park downtown. The room are clean and comfort of the bed are SUPER.

My husband and I visited family in the Bedford and Lexington area, and also West Roxbury. The check in and check out process was very smooth and quick. We were greeted with smiles. When you get off the exit, make a left at the first light. You will see a dunkin donuts. The street sign can't be seen. The hotel was about 30-40mins from Downtown Boston. I was very pleased with my staff.

We have stayed at this hotel many times on our visits to Boston and have always had a pleasant experience. The room is always clean, the beds are very comfortable and we have the convenience of a refrigerator and microwave. The location is near the expressway so it is an easy ride into the city. We also like being close to the Burlington Mall.

We have a daughter in Boston in Brookline and are constantly looking for a hotel nearby so that we can visit. Most are extraordinarily expensive in the $250 range. This place was much cheaper and was really great. I loved it. It was clean and comfortable with a cheap breakfast that was excellent. This hotel was supposed to-be a 4 star hotel more like a 2 if that. The air was so loud in our room the indoor pool was freazing, breakfast was $10 but far from worth it. Food was nasty. The halways were very dark. As far as location. I felt like we were in the getto.

I thought that it was a great stay we love the hotel near boston and has perfect amenities, heated pool, great breakfast better than most that I have seen. A serve per request not seen in other hotels. Its better to spend a bit more than go with others around the area who aren't as efficient in their service.

Everything Was great, the staff was awesome. The rooms were clean.the pool was great,and best of all the food from the breakfast buffet was great... :)

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff were courteous and professional, the food was very good, the pool was enjoyable and the rooms clean. We will stay there the next time we travel to the Boston area.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and well-appointed (at least it had everything I expected it to). Honestly, the thing I appreciated most is that when I had the "do not disturb" sign out, I wasn't disturbed. I can't tell you how many times I'm at a hotel and have that sign out but I still get a knock on the door at […] 8 in the morning. All in all, a very nice hotel. This was a nice place to stay, will stay again if I am in the area. Our waitress\bartender did a great job even though the registers were down and she was the only server Saturday night. She is an asset to the business for sure.
