Outrigger Surfers Paradise - เซิร์ฟเฟอร์สพาราไดซ์

In the room were animals, when we checked in. We informed the hotel staff, which promised to get pest control the next day. It was no new room offered, even though the hotel seemed quite empty. The next day again animals - at the table and closet. Does not speak for cleanliness.

Nice hotel friendly people , hard to find the valet only one person so even tho you ring ahead had to wait 15 mins to get keys. Room still had wet facewashers from previous person and their washing products too fiancé was not impressed

Over all our stay was good, the carpark of the hotel is undercover, but not security, and they are charging for security carpark. The pool of the hotel is very old, and most of the time there is shade. The pool are need updating. The hotel is in great location, friendly staff, but a little bit dated!

During our stay the fire alarm went off and we had to run down the emergency stairs from level 9 - some one had let off the fire extinguishers on two levels. We waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours before a staff member offered us a complementary drink. when we returned to our rooms the fire alarm went off again although we were told it was only a […] 'false alarm'. We over heard from other guests that the suspects were not staying in the hotel and had run off. Which makes me think i dont remember seeing any security around during our stay. Other than that we had a nice stay here, good service, nice clean rooms, good location and only 2 minute walk away from the nearest supermarket. Worst hotel ever stayed at. Room was excellent but that's once you could get to it. Lifts slow...car park access rediculous...no conseirge service at peak Sat evening...pay for parking...service at desk rude...

Had a great time at the Outrigger, although we had to move rooms as the aircon wasn't working, a little dissapointed as we were in a great room with a view of the City but moved to the other side of Hotel. Do not understand why hotel is so expensive in surfers paradise, especially when u paid extra for one more person ( total 3 persons) and u still need to ask for one more towel ( this is the only "extra" thing) and there was also nobody checked with us that actually how many people was living in. I enjoyed my stay here but did not like the bathroom as it smelt like mildew probably due to the lack of air venting...otherwise my stay there was a good one...

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a bus stop next to the hotel & across the road to theme parks. Surrounding there are some restaurants, including Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and convenient shops. The room is reasonably clean and comfort. The staff is nice and overall is a good place to stay for holiday!

My wife and I really enjoyed this Holiday Inn. It’s location is perfect…Walking distance to everything but just out from downtown for a quieter room. Nice ocean views! ½ block from ocean beach and bus stop to go visit other beach towns on the coast! Staff was great! They put us up higher (17th floor)to be away from the Schoolies who we coming for spring […] break during the last couple nights of our 6 days there. I was looking forward to spending my family holiday at Surfers Paradise. After parking my car, went down to the ground floor via an elevator, i was surprised that i had to lift my child's stroller as well as my big and heavy bag and climb the stairs to go to the lobby as as the two areas was separatedby the stairs. Everyday through out my holiday, I […] had to lift the stroller when exiting and entering back to the hotel. That shortfall did not deter my daughters from enjoying their time at theme parks and the beach. Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise could be a perfect place to stay with a bit of renovation to the car park lift area. This is a really great place to stay in Surfers. The loaction is superb, we had a great view of the beach too! The hotel was older looking on the outside, but had been renovated on the inside and the rooms were clean and comfy. We will definitely look at staying here the next time we come back!

The hotel room was surprisingly clean and spacious for my family of two adults and two kids below 12. The staff at the front desk were helpful and the hotel lobby have a number of sofas for you to rest while waiting for your pickup to the various attractions. Thanks to the easy booking system and very helpful desk staff, our stay at Holiday Inn was relaxed and comfortable. It was located within easy walk of the centre of Surfers, and parking was cheap. The room had a fabulous aspect and view, day and night. and was comfortable warm and quiet.

We had no problems checking in early (10am) and staff was very fast n efficient in checking us in. Room was clean but not as updated as other hotels that we've stayed in, in gold coast. Location was great. One negative experience was when we enquired about transportation to movie world, we were told that it cost 50-60 bucks by a cab. The staff said […] that it wld be better if he helped us get a fixed price of 50 bucks to movoe world from the cab waiting outside the hotel. Thinking it wld be cheaper, we agreed. Room service is not so good some days they forgot to provide liquid soap, lotion, etc. Noise from the other room and outside the hotel but the location is very near to the beach. We can walk only 5 minutes to the beach, quite comfortable to go to another place for shopping or sightseeing.

The location of the hotel is just a 3 minutes walk to the beach, with convenient stores and pharmacy around the neighbourhood. Theme parks are 20 to 30 minutes bus rides away with bus stops located around the hotel. Hotel room was great! It's a pity that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary breakfast and internet connection.

We got a GREAT deal from hotels.com for this hotel, maybe because we booked the room two weeks prior our departure. But even if the price was a bit higher, I would still book this hotel! It was all as expected. The room was big, which is important for our two kids! When hotels.com says it's going to be two double beds, they meant it!. More than what we expected was the location. This hotel is at the heart of surfer's paradise. The beach is a five minutes walk and so as the restaurant and the shops. The bus that took us to all those theme parks in the Gold Coast, stopped at a bus stop only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The Hotel was conveniently located near Cavil Av and the Beach. Helpful concierge staff and very clean and modern rooms. They were very helpful with booking shuttles to the fun parks and airport and we even got a free late check out. We were really impressed.

We had a very good experience at the Holiday Inn, which was close to everything, including beach, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and comfortable, and not too noisy. Amazing! Great! Fabulous! Best hotel I have stayed in for years. Great service, great location, great access to the beach, rivers, shopping, food and night life; in summary, Paradise! Price was very reasonable, views are amazing.

Overall a pleasant stay; clean contemporary room which is what i like. You have to request for toiletries other than shampoo/conditioner and a bar of soap which can be viewed as either thrifty or ungenerous. Ocean view neither scanty nor 180 degrees. The hotel is centerally located in the surfers paradise. Next to shopping center, supermarket, and restaurant. The room is clean and has a good view of the beach and city. The bed is comfortable. The parking is free.

HOTEL REALLY NICE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN EVERY THING WAS REALY GOOD MADE MY STAY A GOOD ONE INJOYED IT

Good location, brand new with smart design (not expensive material but tidy & clean), overall service was good with good details except one thing - no adaptor loaned from the hotel - a service expected from a 4 star hotel but you can buy it from Concierge at Aus$10.

The location is near the beach. The room is very clean and large.

Hidden amongst an array of high rise hotels and apartment blocks I found the holiday inn to be an oasis of calm and relaxation. All the staff were very helpful and my room was fantastic. I opted for the ocean view room, which didn't completely face the ocean but was worth the extra nonetheless. I didn't get a chance to use many of the facilities so […] I can't really comment on them.
