My experience was outstanding. My room was very clean and in great condition, and the houskeeping staff (never met them) did an outstanding job. Fixtures, furniture, and finishes appeared to be nearly new. Quiet setting set-back from street and traffic noise, with very good restaurant nearby. I waited for 15 minutes while a very unprofessional clerk at the front desk failed to help the person in front of me. Then there was no shuttle to the airport for my 5 am flight. not the best experience, though it was cheaper than most

I arrived on a Friday. Saturday morning I woke up to thousands of ants covering the bathroom floor and toilet. They said no one had complained about them before. I talked to 2 other people staying in 2 different rooms, and they had ants on Sunday. When they complained, they also told them no one had ever complained before. The tub stopper didn't work […] so I couldn't take a bath, and the alarm clock didn't work either. I asked for a wake up call, but never got it. The people in the room next to me didn't get theirs either. This is the worst motel ever. Was very affordable, clean and had nice restaurant next door. Would stay again if in the area.

Was a low cost place to sleep the night before I went to the airport and also was able to keep my car there while I was away on vacation

The room was excellent, especially for the price. The staff was extremely helpful. They mailed me a jacket and scarf that I left behind.

The "price is right" for a one night stay before early morning flight. Convenient to Milwaukee airport. Clean and comfortable.

I stayed here recently for one night. I came late to the hotel and left early in the morning. For one night, it's a cheap option, but ultrabasic. The regulators on the AC were falling off. The faucet in the sink was loose and about to fall off. Beds were OK. They did have free wifi, which was a little slow but functional. Basic and clean. Good value for a basic no frills hotel near the airport.

A ok hotel that needs some work but over all the rooms were clean with small bathrooms. I would stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, normally booking a business class room. This time I wanted a cheap room so was booked into a double bed. Rooms are remodeled, good deal for price. Bathrooms are very small.

This was my first time staying at a Red Roof Inn and unless I am forced to stay again, it will be my last. It wasn't a horrible experience, but I've had better service and greater comfort for less money (Motel 6 / EconoLodge / etc.). Had the superior king room, fridge, coffee, microwave. Very clean, newly remodelled, quiet conveniet location, definitely recommend.

This hotel worked in a last minute trip to Milwaukee to see Bon Jovi, when all downtown Milwaukee was sold out. Check-in took way too long. With only 1 guy ahead of us we stood there for over 10 minutes. 2 other hotel employees could see the line behind me was getting long and did not jump out of their seats to assist anyone. Yes, they were sitting […] down on the job, and one was actually watching TV! The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and that's really all I need in a 1 night hotel stay. I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was friendly and efficient, and took extra steps like running up extra towels unasked when the three of us checked in. The room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms were small but it was very cheap for downtown Chicago. You get what you pay for. Very clean.

Needing a motel close to the amtrak, I used Kayak to find a room in the area. Hotels.com was the best price offered. Easy to use website...

Horrible very disappointed!! You took my money and I didn't stay there and you don't even care!! You could of atleast gave me a refund!

Dirty ...check in disaster ...did I say dirty? ...disgusting ...close to the airport but so are a lot of others.

Very clean and nice affordable rooms

the room did'nt have a microwave or fridge and i tried to even upgrade and i could'nt even do that so no it was'nt good at all no fun eating cold food

This hotel seemed OK at first glance but once we entered our room we found it to be very dirty and outdated. The floor was obviously not vacuumed, and there was a foul oder. Our socks were dirty within minutes and there was trash on the floor. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and it didn't work - go figure! The walls were paper thin and […] we woke up every time someone pulled into the driveway or opened their door. We were exhausted and felt like we didn't sleep at all. When we removed the sheets in the morning, we were completely disgusted - without exaggeration...the mattress was ancient and stained beyond belief. I was sick to my stomach. I decided to come to milwaukee at the last minute and wanted a cheap place to stay. This hotel was very reasonable. No frills; it is a very standard motel. But it was clean and comfortable. I did find some hairs in the shower, but other than that, everything was clean.

Very satisfied with the hotel experience. Only problem was that the snow wasn't cleared away from the parking lot to where you needed to walk to get into the rooms. Very difficult to manage.

Everything was ready at check in. Room was Clean, and very comfortable, i would stay here again.

This was a clean comfortable hotel for the price. Its obviously not the Ritz Carlton but that was not what was expected. The front desk clerks were incredibly polite and helpful some of the best I have had the opportunity to come across in some time.

The newly remodeled rooms are GREAT. Was able to pull right up to the door of the room, which allows for easy luggage handling. I forgot how nice it was to have the door open 5' from your car.

Toilet didn't flush properly. A plunger sitting next to the toilet. Dirty bathroom floor. Mold on bathroom wall - more than just a little mold. No extra towels. Didn't make up room in the morning and locked us out when we were there for 2 nights. Would never stay here again.

It was pretty no-frills, but i thought it was a pretty nice room for what i paid. I thought it was comfortable and nicely designed. My only gripes are that there wasn't any shampoo, and i don't think the heater worked, although i didn't really mess with it too long because i didn't really need it ((i imagine that type of thing could be a bigger issue […] in different weather conditions)). อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Check in time was 1pm. I got there at 3, only to find that my beds were not made. The air worked, but not the heat. I also discovered that the deadbolt lock did not work correctly. Will not stay there again.

When I last stayed in a Red Roof some 28 years ago, they were starting to seem a little run down. This room appeared to be freshly painted and renovated. It was perfect for our quick overnight visit.
