Outstanding place with outstanding hosts. HIGHLY recommend.

Our stay at the Nutmeg Inn was great. The staff and service made our stay just fantastic. The 2 minute ride to town was nice. Would recommend staying to anyone visiting southern Vermont. 20 minutes to Bennington or Brattleboro and 10 minutes to Mount Snow.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and so friendly! The new receptionist gave us a tour of the property and was very proud of the house. She gave us back road directions to the slopes to cut our travel time in half. The room was very spacious with a deck and great view of the mountains. The only downsides were the quality of the bed (uncomfortable) […] and the chef's refusal for me to bring breakfast to my friend (stoves were shut off, but a waffle only takes a flip of a switch?). the room (#7) was clean and comfortable, but small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. This is not a luxury B&B, but very good for the price.

Rates were great for the value. The Inn was clean and well kept. Breakfast was top notch and our room was clean and comfortable. We will be back for another visit when we ski Mt Snow or Stratton.

Quite a small room and bed (6a) and right next to the main public rooms downstairs, but the hosts and staff were amazing and the breakfast was lovely. In a nice area and overall would definitely recommend this hotel....but get one of the king-bed rooms upstairs.

The bed part of the B&B was comfy, and our room even had a wood-burning fireplace that was set up with kindling and everything. The breakfast part of the B&B was tasty with your choice of delicious items, served promptly with grace. The host and all other staff were friendly, all in all, a great place to stay!

Lovely B & B. Each room is decorated with romantic bedding, wallpaper,etc and warm antiques. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or beer upon arrival. Short drive to town for casual dining. We can't wait to return. We will share this visit with friends and relatives. It was just wonderful, especially the honor system in purchasing drinks and the delightful breakfasts too!

We stayed in room 6A. Very cozy, great bed & breakfast. Don't hesitate, just book your stay. The innkeepers & their staff are warm & welcoming & extremely accommodating. Their breakfast is super delish!

Very quiet, comfortable, cozy, tastefully decorated country inn. Knowledgable friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included in price. Scenic and historic location. Watch out for traffic from the left when leaving - dangerous blind corner!!

The Nutmeg Inn was a great price and a perfect getaway. All of the staff were so pleasant and helpful, the owners have done a great job renovating the Inn and choosing their staff. We loved the glass of wine in the lounge and breakfast was superb! No continental breakfast here. We will definitely go back if in the area again. Nice staff. Cute and comfy room plus the common area was adorable. Yummy breakfast provided. This place is also close to Wilmington downtown area for a drink and food.

The owners have remodeled the Inn and have done a great job. The environment is relaxing with some terrific artwork. The breakfasts are very good. The staff is very friendly. I would enthusiastically recommend the Nutmeg Inn. I plan to stay there again later this year.

Exactly like we imagined it'd be! Everything about this place was PERFECT! we had the most beautiful room, the surroundings were perfect for a nice walk, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so friendly! There is no doubt in our minds we'll be going back here. PS. Note that this B&B is located in Wilmington, VT and not in Brattleboro like […] our GPS tried to lead us to.
