Hotel Le 71 - ควิเบก

This modern boutique hotel gave me one of the best hotel experiences I have had to date! The service was great! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us make sure we knew where to go and they even arranged for us to visit the Ice Hotel and go dog sledding (we went in February 2012 during the winter carnaval) […] The rooms were super comfortable and clean! The location could not have been better- right in the heart of the lower part of Old Quebec city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The location of this hotel is GREAT for tourists, just a quick walk to everything. The interior design was awesome, but there were some details in the construction that an avid "This Old House" or "Holmes on Homes" watcher would note as indicating that the rooms will not hold up forever w/out some fixes...the floors in our room were either really old […] and unreplaced, or new and poorly installed (bows and bumps everywhere in the hardwood). There was a loose tile in the bathroom and some signs of poor drainage (and no ventilation fan). So I say STAY HERE NOW while it's still in it's glory! Also there was not an "in case of fire" map right in the room, though they were in the hallways. The restaurant offered breakfast, but $12 seemed a little steep for continental - croissants, bread, jellies, deli ham and cheese, juice & coffee, some fruit...a hot option of some sort would have been nice. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Front desk staff was lovely - the bed was super comfortable and the toiletries were lovely. The rainshower was a definite plus. Hardwood floors and view of the St. Lawrence river were a bonus!

This hotel was a wonderful experience. The building is, of course, old Quebec, but the rooms are very contemporary and beautifully appointed, with a fantastic bath/shower, great linens and towels, and terrific attention to the smallest details that make your stay memorable as well as convenient. Within walking distance of all the major sights, yet not overly touristy, Hotel le 71 is a great choice. The staff is extremely friendly, which makes for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is in a great location, in the redeveloped water front area of old Quebec. The quality of the interior is outstanding, beautiful, comfortable, modern, quiet - just great. The staff were outstandingly helpful - front parking the car, to finding good restaurants, to bring ice cubes. The location is just down the plateau from the old government […] area on-high, and easily accessed by a neighborhood funicular railcar (about 1000 feet vertical travel). The in-building restaurant is a lively italian bistro, not great. We stayed here because of other Hotels.com reviews and we weren't disappointed. The service was incredible. Three of the top ten rated restaurants (on TripAdvisor) were within a block. The hotel is near the waterfront and Petit Champlain which is a great place to wander through. Our room was very contemporary and didn't have that "hotel room" feeling […] at all. Great hotel in the heart of Old Quebec.

Convenient location, nice room. Loved the nespresso machine in the room & lobby. Helpful staff. Would stay there again.

We loved this hotel with a modern feel. The staff were extra helpful and spoke English with ease which was a great help. The young woman at the front desk offered us Canadian coins to feed the meter upon our arrival. Very cool location in lower Quebec, easy access to all of Old Town, The Citadel, the Museum of Civilisation, and the unique funiculaire, […] a glass outdoor elevator that rose up the side of a steep hill. Free self serve espresso in the lobby, quite good coffee I must say. Prompt and friendly valet service. There were 2 classic bicycles available for use and a riverside trail nearby. Our room had a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence and the Frontenac Hotel. The room had high ceilings with exposed pipes, which some travellers might not like. Maxim, the concierge, was very helpful here. So were all of the other staff. One must conclude that Quebec is filled with a lot of great, nice people. We struck gold on all three of the hotels we stayed in on this trip, so Hotel 71 had big shoes to fill, but they batted in the big leagues along with the other two. Well done!

Loved this hotel's location, just a little walk to Chateau Frontenac and other lovely sights in Old Quebec. My husband, who is not a walker, enjoyed the short walks, also because the parking and driving in the very uniquely narrow streets was a little tight! The restaurant in the hotel was excellent, would book ahead for a table if possible as it was […] very busy spot. The hotel was great! Very quiet and clean. The concierge was very knowlegeable and helped us to find good quality restaurants at a reasonable price and even recommended things to see and do that were not "touristy". Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great walking area--- museums, galleries, fine restaurants at your fingertips, or toe tips as it were.

The hotel is in the lower city, a block from the river. It is upscale and everything you would want in a boutique hotel. Our room had a great view. The restaurant in the hotel had great food and was reasonably priced. You could step out the door of the hotel and be at a museum, shopping or dinining. We were absolutely delighted with our room on the 7th floor, with views out to the chateau and upper old city. We loved the blend of very modern furnishings in a charming old building. The room was spacious with tall ceiling and exposed concrete walls. The bathroom was also roomy and ultra-chic. The location was great, in the midst of lower old town, […] near to several of Quebec's top restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the upper old city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was great. We were in Quebec City for our honeymoon and when we arrived we found that they had upgraded us to a suite. It was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was always someone at the reception desk. Because it is a small hotel it was very personal. Hotel was close to so many restaurants within walking […] distance and close to Petit Champlain which is a major tourist attraction. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. This hotel is great. Very Boutique & European. The staff in ever so attentive. We stepped in the door and after registering Simon took care of our bags & parked the car. Immaculate room with a great view of the river, tugs, barges & ferries crossing. The neighborhood was terrific - no need for a car. The walled city was just above us, a short climb […] up. Dinner was recommended to us at Toast, a step away. As I am a chef...the selection couldn't have been better. Breakfast in the morning was perfect - very european, cheeses, pastries, fruit, excellent coffee. Loved it - we will go back and stay there again soon. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Myself and my wife stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in June 2009. We had a large, bright suite, which was very comfortable and had superb views (3 large windows)over the old town and towards the St Lawrence river. Only problem with this was that it left the room exposed to external noise coming rom the port (ferries, boats docking and unloading etc.). […] This could start fairly early in the morning. Possibly quiter rooms without the view. On the plus side there is almost no traffic near the hotel. Only other down side for the room was the lack of fridge in it. Service courtois, propreté de l’hôtel, chambre bien située avec belle vue, hôtel à proximité d'attraits touristiques.personnel gentil et accueillant. Seul point négatif est la mauvaise ventilation dans la chambre très très sec.

Personnel fort agréable, chambre accueillante et propre. Hôtel près de nombreuses activités du centre-ville.

points positifs : Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse, personnel très agréable points négatifs : petit déjeuner cher avec uniquement un buffet froid. Il est même impossible d'avoir un simple chocolat chaud. Et pas de baignoire

Pour un hotel parfaitement situé, dans la section basse ville du Vieux-Québec., à proximité de toutes les attractions. Très beau building. Petites chambres compensées par de très hauts plafonds. Système de ventilation bruyant et température difficile à ajuster précisément. Très bon service hôtelier, mis à part les préposées à l'entretien des chambres, […] très bruyantes dans le corridor le matin. Stationnement de rue inexistant mais service de valet disponible. Hôtel bien situé et agréable. Dommage qu'à ce niveau de prestation il n'y est pas de possibilité de se préparer un café dans sa chambre. Pas de mini bar non plus. pour boire un café il faut acheter une capsule Nesspresso à la réception, la machine étant dans un salon à coté de la réception. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Altbau mit schoenen, modernen Zimmer / Design. Einziges Manko - Fenster lassen sich nicht oeffnen und im Bad kaum Ablagemoeglichkeiten. Fruehstueck - dreckige Teller, fleckige Glaeser, Croissants und Brot nicht frisch (aus der Packung).
