OK, nothing special and it's clearly not the 5 stars it says it is. Pretty close to the Giza pyramids.

Western night club music (techno?) pounding out complete with foul swear words ruined pool area and the rooms near it. Polite requests to management resulted in 10 minute reduction in decibels before resuming deafening noise again. Went on all day. The hotel is worth staying for a short stay. My room was clean but very outdated decor. The grounds were clean and well manicured. Breakfast was not good. The staff was friendly and eager to assit. Overall, I would give this hotel 2.5 stars, NOT a five star hotel.

Only one manager at the hotel is professional and did what he could to make sure I enjoyed my stay at the hotel however the hotel subpar. No internet in the rooms. The bed is comfortable and you can adjust the heat to your liking. Other than that the hotel sucked.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the pyramids. However, we would have been better off staying downtown there is nothing to see or do within walkin distance of the hotel. The staff was not very attentive or courteous, staff could use some service classes. The room itself could have used a through cleaning ie, broken frig, missing hardware on […] cabinet for clothes, dirty and dusty balcony furniture, (never used) etc. We did have clean sheets and towels daily and the supervisor in charge of our room did replace the frig within 2hrs and was attentive. The mosquitoes in the room were annoying, each night before we went to sleep we hunted mosquitoes so we wouldn't end up like our first night, bitten up. I did read the previous reviews but I decided to try it anyway....heed the warnings. Breakfast was okay, I saw staff handling food while on the buffet with bare hands, not the cooks or wait staff. The car service at the hotel over charged repeatedly, by more than 1/2 and everyone wants to take you to places that you really have no interest in, even after repeatedly saying "no thank you".We will not be using this hotel when we return next year. The service standard of this hotel is definitely unacceptable! During the weekends, there is always a wedding party, what makes it very noisy as the party guests tend to move across the premises. The rooms are falling into pieces and cleanliness is not part of their concerns. I have complained about the cleanliness of my room to two different employees […] but when I got back, it was still dirty, with footsteps and hairs of previous guests clearly displayed in the bathroom! Egyptians are extremely easy and friendly. As a native English speaker communication is sometimes difficult when trying to explain circumstances out of the ordinary. 카타락트 피라미드 리조트에서 2박3일을 지내는 동안 불편은 없었습니다만 위치가 좀 불편합니다. 피라미드에서 택시를 타고 약7분정도 거리에 있습니다. 카이로 시내에 들어가기도 대중교통이 없어서 불편합니다. 결정적으로 저는 미리 이메일로 픽업서비스를 신청하였습니다. 이집트 입국후 공항에 도착하여 나와보니 픽업도 나와 있지않았고 호텔담당에게 전화했더니 기다리라고 해서 30분이상기다렸지만 오지않아 다시 전화했더니... 공항에 아무택시나 타고 오라는 T.T 어처구니 없는 상황이 발생되었습니다. 조식화 호텔 시설은 무난합니다.
