If you are looking for a clean inexpensive hotel with easy parking, nice reception area it does the job. The rooms are a bit shabby and could do with a refurb.

Sometimes you need simplicity - a good location (well situated for Reigate, M25 and surrounding locations), amble and safe parking, a clean, comfortable room (with a terrace!), and friendly staff. The Bridgehouse combined all of these things and I was pleasantly surprised having passed it so many times.

Not a good experience. Beetles in the room! 1 chair in a double room. Rooms very badly lit.... could hardly read. Restaurant quiet but food OK and staff provided good service

Very nice staff, nice restaurant and good food both breakfast and dinner. Very nice clean room with plenty of space, good size car park and easy access to motorway and access to central london. I chose this particular hotel because of its convenient location and the price, which is cheap for the area. I was not expecting much but found the hotel in a good state, decorated in a contemporary style. I was offered a complimentary room upgrade and found the room very spacious and well appointed. It contained an iron and ironing board, freeview […] TV and free Internet access. There was no hot water in the en-suite bathroom - so cold showers and cold water shaving were required. There was no key to the door of the balcony, meaning access was impossible.
