Grand View (next door to South Point Casino) is about 6 miles south of the strip. Despite this location, this resort has all the amenities of a regular resort. Horrible Place! rooms are not clean and they don't get cleaned unless you ask and you get charge for it. The towels were not furnished till I asked and waited 20min for them in addition they never picked up the piles of wet towels i had on my room for 3 days. Unlike hotels, we offer luxury condominium-style rooms including amenities like jacuzzi tubs and fully appointed kitchens for our guests. Many of these rooms have beautiful mountain views. Another difference between timeshares and hotels is that guests do not get daily cleaning service. This is standard practice in the timeshare industry. The resort however offers full housekeeping services for a fee upon request. Thank you commenting and we hope you consider staying with us again.

"Excellent rooms, bit far from strip."
Excellent rooms, very clean and confortable. The room is big and has eveything: fridge, stove, microwave, jacuzzi, ...feel like home. A bit far from the main strip, you need a car to go there. "Great location away from strip"
Great smoke free atmosphere. Close to South Point casino. Very friendly people at front desk . The bed spreads are dingy & out dated, the sofa sleepers are VERY uncomfortable. "Great stay"
Overall we were very impressed. Nice clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, several pools that stayed open until midnight, and plenty of parking. The only minor issues we had were the 5 bees that came in through an open window and decided to hang out with us in our living room area. And housekeeping half cleaned the room we were connected to and left […] the door open for a full day. It was a little weird. Like they completely forgot to finish that room. Other than the little things it would have been nice if they had balconies as we're smokers and prefer to smoke OUTSIDE our room. They never asked us twice or pressured us to buy into their timeshare program after they initial check-in. We also liked that you could walk across the street to the south point casino. We charge a fee for in-room WiFi to help keep the costs of our owner’s association fees down. However complimentary internet access is available in a public area of the resort. "Nice room"
The room was nice, large, and clean. Although we didn't use the kitchen or Jacuzzi tub this time, we appreciated having them available in the room. Staff was friendly and courteous. The pools were somewhat small and not very fancy compared to the pool areas of the casino resorts, but it served its purpose. Rooms are not cleaned daily, and linens and […] towels are only changed upon request, but we knew this ahead of time so it wasn't an issue for us. "quiet and removed from the usual vegas traffic"

"Loved it cant wait to book again to stay here"
Me and my wife were very surprised of the size of room and location we were very pleased and happy with price and location. Not one complaint on our side. Next time of just a weekend getaway I think we'll stay a week next time. Amenities were great washer dryer kitchen tv jucuzzi tub view location can ask for anything more. "Just the right combination"
The location is the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation. Being next to South Point Hotel & Casino gets you the Vegas experience and more. However, if you just want R & R, then your distance from the "Strip" is enough to achieve that too. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Unfortunately, I found the elevators were always freezing cold […] and the building hallways too warm. Calling the Font Desk was another disappointment. I waited on-hold for more than 20 minutes (on more than one occasion). Finally, they answered and asked me to please hold. That was far too long to make a client wait.
