A hit with the whole family... teens and youngsters... and adults. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable but slightly dated. This is not a quiet hotel as there are kids and activities everywhere you go... but there is lots to do and it is well maintained and greatly staffed. Water park was amazing. Great place for kids of all ages. They also cater to adults. My kids 18yrs, 15yrs and 10yrs had a great time.

Our reason for this trip was to go to Cedar Point Amusement Park ( which was fantastic by the way!). The hotel was only 4 minutes from the park so the location was excellent. The hotel is also close to many family restaurants and other attractions and is located close to the main freeway . The hotel is clean and well maintained. There is always staff […] available to assist. My wife pointed out that the prices at the restaurants were well in line with a family budget . The water park is very well maintained and fun . My son is 11 and I would say that is about the age limit of this water park . Any older than that, it might be concidered a little juvenile. This is definately a hotel for the family. We were totally disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of our room. We did call and complain about our toilet not being clean upon arrival and housekeeping told us it would not come clean because "the hotel is 10 years old". Walls were dirty with handprints, very dusty everywhere. An excellent family resort at very reasonable prices. Many things for the kids to do and when needing a break from the waterpark, additional activities such as gocarts and goofy golf within a couple of miles of the resort. Took a family vacation with 6 year old son. He loved the pools. Nice that they have life jackets as this helped him with his swimming. He wouldn't go on all of the tubes but he did five or six different pool events. He was extremely happy. Bathroom was kind of weird since vanity area was not enclosed in bathroom. Good food. the water park was lots of fun. we went with our grandchildren - they are 2 years old. there was lots of water activities for them. they had a blast! there were larger slides for the adults. the facility was well maintained and clean.

great hotel. Family friendly. Super clean, excellent location and staff

Totally am coming back to Great wolf. Life guards were SUPER! You could tell they were always watching out for your childrens safety. Kids loved activities...room was AWESOME....food was a little pricey in resturant so we ordered pizza from nearby!!

Spacious rooms with mini frig and microwave, outstanding water park for all ages, restaurant on site, lots to do. We really enjoyed our stay.

took my 6 year daughter & 3 year old son to Great Wolf Lodge for a weekend birthday celebration; the children had so much fun at the indoor water park we really didn't need to go to nearby Cedar Point. Service was good - room was spacious and clean. There was even a bedtime story hour in the main lobby for children. I read posts that the temperature […] in the waterpark was cold and the hotel must had rectified this problem because the temperature of both the room and the water were perfect - nice & warm. This hotel is super clean, it has the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in a hotel and has so much for the whole family to do. The indoor water park tons of fun for kids and adults too!! We stayed at The Great Wolf Lodge as a stop over on a long drive from Delaware to Wisconsin and it worked out great. We arrived in early afternoon and were able to check in early and let the kids burn off the energy they had stored from sitting in the car for 7 hours and got them ready to do it again the next day. The room was in very good shape, clean […] and comfortable. All the facilites were well maintained. The pool, slides, etc were well done. This is not a waterpark like you would spend all day at but the kids had lots of fun. The arcade was also good. A good number of games, old and new and not overly priced. Note we did have to struggle through the dreaded ticket exchange for cheap prizes at the end. Our room service pizza was marginal and breakfast the following day in the restaurant was only "OK". The pizza had a dry, tasteless crust although the toppings were good. The breakfast was all you can eat, family style and most of the food was pretty good and reasonably priced. However, there are a large number of restaurants within a five minute drive so there are plenty of other options for food. All in all a great stay. My kids and I loved our stay. The hotel was perfect for my almost 5 year old.

Our week at Great Wolf Lodge was great. We had our 4 children ages 16, 10, 4 and 1 with us. Each of them were completely happy the entire stay, always had something to do and the hotel staff were awesome and very helpful. We will definitely reccomend this hotel to family and friends and will stay there the next time we go back to Sandusky.

We had a great experience with our stay. The Family Fireplace Suite was very spacious for the 6 of us. There was never a dull moment with an indoor waterpark, an outdoor swimming pool, a small children play room, an ice cream stand, and restaraunts in the hotel! There is a mall across the street and a ton of restraunts on the same street. Very convenient! […] We were also about 10 minutes from Cedar Point. Also the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. What a great hotel!!! very friendly, great for families and kids, fun and acconmodating staff. The breakfast was awesome, and the water park was dynamite!!!

The boys had a blast! There was slides for all ages 8,4 and 2. The family suite with fireplace was spacious and very clean. There is a terrific outside pool when you tire from the inside which was not too often. It was great!!!!!
