It was a pleasant stay with fantastic service.

As the title suggests evrything was ok with this hotel- location was convenient and rooms were generally clean and comfortable but the smell of smoke from the room was a little dissapointing

Jury's Inn Southampton is situated quite close to the town centre a five minute walk across a park. It may be too much for some but even though it's situated on a busy roundabout, I found it reasonably quiet on a Saturday night. Service was pretty good; the staff on the front desk were attentive and friendly enough. I didn't use the bar or the restaurant […] but it seemed reasonably busy. My main gripe was with the parking arrangements. The car park is very small and hidden away, with the entrance being a block away. I made the horrendous mistake of giving a relative a lift home on the evening of my stay and found, when I returned, that I could not get access even though the car park was clearly half empty. I was told this was because the hotel has to share space with local offices - fair enough, but this was Saturday night over the Easter bank holiday! As a result, I was forced to pay to park about half a mile away in a public car park and walk back. I met 2-3 other guests who were doing the same thing. My advice would be, if you're coming in your car and want to be sure of a parking space, think twice about using this hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

sometiems cheaper to turn up but definately reccommend this hotel to stay great location

Food service have room for improvements... room is sweet and staffs are helpful and friendly.

Within it's price bracket there is nothing wrong with the hotel, apart from mediocre food in the bar.

The staff were nice, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and comfortable, but when I booked I was told that there was parking and a pool. There was parking in a public car park that I had to pay additionally for (albeit at a reduced rate) No pool so was dissapointed. The remote control didn't work, nor did the heating or the extractor fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was a shambles, what was available was stone cold, and because of the way the entrance is designed, everytime someone entered the hotel, a blast of cold air can sweeping in, freezing everyone in its wake while we were trying to eat breakfast. Apart […] from that, the location is great, we stayed as we were visiting our daughter who is at the halls of residence nearby. Hotel is clean enough and staff were polite and courteous. Parking underneth the hotel, but get your ticket validated by Reception as you get a massive discount when you leave. Great stay -warm and cosy in winter (I normally take a hottie with me everywhere!) I did ask to switch rooms when I arrived -as initially the room i was given was cramped and awkward with no bath. Immediately rectified with no fuss to a large, very comfortable room with shower and bath in a quieter aspect. Friendly, clean, easy. Lovely clean room, with comfortable bed. Self serve breakfast very good, however speed of service for main meal was too long.

Stayed in hotel prior to our cruise. Despite requesting a non smoking room, our room smelled terrible of stale smoke. Breakfast was not the best choice. Will not stay here again.

Hotel was a loiitle confused when I arrived and didnt have my booking info, but they sorted it quickly and game me a room. They had some new people training and there was a large group checking in at the same time. Food was excellent in the restaurant and the included breakfast was more than expected. There is a nice bar at the location that also offered […] lite bites. Room was clean and provided in room coffee service and quality tv. Internet was available for a fee but there was wireless in the main lobby. Just a few minutes walk from town, shops and other food choices. Booked this for one night as was close to town centre and for St Marys to watch the football. Got a good price and was pleasantly suprised. Good clean hotel, friendly efficient staff and a good breakfast. Would deffinately stay here again next time BCFC come for 3 more points!

Just wonderful. Great value, couldn't ask for more.

Staff were very helpful with directing where places in the are were and let us put our luggage in a separate room before checking in so we could have our hands free to go shopping in the afternoon. The room was very clean and tidy and very comfy beds. It was only a ten minute walk to the main shopping centre and everything was farely near, only took […] us 5 minutes in taxi in the evening to go to the main clubs. Reasonable standard of hotel, as is usual for this class of hotel but the food evening meal and breakfast was very poor.

The exterior and lobby of this hoteldoes not extend to the rooms. My room was very basic and drab The kettle did not work. It took 3 calls to reception to get this sorted Good job I was only staying 1 night

I checked in for one night in December. Initially found out that parking is in a different building and have to walk 2-3 mins for the reception, which is not good in the winter. Also found out that the hotel does not deliver food in the rooms, so i have to literally take my tray from restaurant to the room. The room service was not friendly as well. Really nice hotel, the area isn't that good the hotel was in though. I was told that I had to buy a drink at the bar before they would give me the code for the wifi, which is poor when there were a number of people, like me, staying at the hotel on business.

Great location for the centre of town .

I enjoyed my stay at Jurys Inn. The room was good, nice bathroom, tea and coffee provided but no biscuits! Only complaint was that I had to pay for parking on top of my bill and it was in an underground carpark which I had to find by driving away from the hotel (a little confusing), but all in all a very pleasant stay.

The Irish sausages were awesome for breakfast. . I even ate them for dinner. I was very satisfied overall

We chose the hotel because its comfortable and they do a great package for folk like us going on a cruise. The car park can be a bit tricky to find until you get used to the roads. We left our car there for a fortnight and took the taxi down to the embarkation terminal. Easy peasy. Same on the way back and no hold ups. Great service and value.

Hotel was very nice, clean and facilitates all. good environment in the bar and restaurant. Surroundings aren't great but it is in the middle of town! Did have trouble finding the car park but overall a great stay for a night. Worth getting Breakfast too.

Understaffed and over-booked . A disorganised dining rooms and had not enough chicken to make us a sandwich when only 6 people in the bar at lunch time. Not enough food the night before for a full menu, so we had to take a very poor buffet. Good clean and friendly hotel in a very central location close to everything.

good location great stay pr cruise

When booked well in advance, Jury's was a nice hotel for the night before you board one of the Cunard Queens. It's just a 5 Pound ride from the rail station, and about the same to the ship. Breakfast is a buffet and can be included in the room rate. They have bath tubs--so splurge before or after a cruise with only showers.

Friendly staff who remembered me from my last stay!

Great hotel, provided you do not take a car. Parking charges extortionate. One night stay cost close to 25 pounds. I will not be back

The Reception staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help

The room was really comfortable, air conditioning kept the hottest weekend of the year at bay! The only disappointment was the (£8.50 per head) breakfast which was a badly stocked buffet, which was cold by the time we sat down because we'd been waiting for cups and glasses and some of the food.
