hotel and room was very clean. was big enough to have 2 queen instead of double the tolit plumbing was not in the best working order it was hard to flush and loud and other rooms were also because we herd them all through the night. There were only 3 handicap parking places and were full

Half way stop to Little Rock. Perfect place to stop. Not a gambler but still enjoyed the stay.Should have free wi-fi though.

The hotel was too difficult to find, even with gps. The casino was very small and a long walk from the hotel. It wasn't anything like I expected it to be.

Nice hotel, clean, if you want access to the wifi Internet you will be charge extra. No pool.

The staff at this hotel was amazing...very friendly and willing to out of their way to help hotel guests. I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Was ok for a quick getaway. Being non-smokers should have thought about that first. The restaurants are located near the casino and the smoke billowing from there made dining much less desirable even though the food was good-difficult to taste with ash taste on your tongue. Definitely a casino hotel---out of the way with only casino activities, restaurants, and a gift shop on site. If you like your hotel as a respite from your daily activities in the city, this is definitely the location for you. There were some short cuts on cleaning that a seasoned traveler will catch and the amenities like coffee maker, iron, ironing […] board were definitely showing their age and wear and tear. booked for the middle of the week at a good discount price, and was pleased with everything, but at full price there is better deals to be found

Got a room last minute at a great price. Staff was nice. My coffee maker didn't work and they brought me another in less than 10 min. with coffee. Would stay there again.

I liked it except: slow Internet and slow elevators. Valet not very good but I would stay again

When we arrived it took an hour & lengthy calls to get my reservation through to the hotel. Once we finally checked in and got to our room, it looked like someone had just attempted to refold the towels & thrown them on the rack. When I told summertime all they did was refold the same towels & then brought some additional towels. They wouldn't even […] put us in a clean room. Additionally, they no longer have a pool & jacuzzi and should make that information that they closed those facilities to those that have stayed previously. I booked a room here for my sister's bachelorette party, without ever having stayed there. It was EXACTLY what I wanted! The drive in with the signs and billboards reminded me of resorts in Orlando. The hotel was beautiful. I was booked into the Atlantic City tower, and was concerned after reading reviews here. If you are also in the AC Tower--DO NOT […] WORRY! The rooms are gorgeous! The bathroom is wonderful! The ONLY downside I could find was our room overlooked a roof, so not the best view. Other than that, it was amazing! Without fail, EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER GREETED US! We received a room which was (luckily) very far from the ice machines and elevators at the end of the hall. I requested the Las Vegas tower but they put me in the Atlantic Tower. I can't imagine this is because the LV tower was full because it was a week night. The room I stayed in was nice enough, though. The bath room tub was quite deep and relaxing, […] which was nice. There was a mini fridge but it could have used a microwave. Prices for food and drinks in this place are jacked up, but with it being a casino I'm not surprised. We didn't watch much TV so I can't comment on that, but having to pay extra for internet is simply ridiculous. Both mine and my boyfriend's keys to the room were faulty. Every time we would come back we'd have to try 10-11 times EACH before one of them would work. Right when we'd be about to give up and go ask for new keys it would all of a sudden decide to let us in. Weird. Also, the night I stayed, there was a women being escorted from my floor by 2 armed policemen. When we passed them I looked back wondering if the woman was okay and both of the officers had turned around and were glaring at me while still hurrying this woman down the hall. That was kind of odd. I felt like a lot of the staff didn't really care whether you were there or not, until you got to the casino, then they were REALLY nice to you. Also, it should be noted that this place is quite out of the way if you're doing things in Kansas City proper. I was rather surprised to see such an industrial area filled with factories and such all around this place. We of course, pre-paid for two rooms on for a trip home to a funeral--and minutes after paying Hotels.com, I had to call back and BEG to get the reservation changed to one night later, because date of the funeral service was moved back--and Harrah's made the change. The rooms were nice, clean, and in a midwestern Casino--it's quiet given the average […] age of the gamblers (70+?). Also welcome, is that there are no additional parking charges, as with downtown KC hotels. Such a wonderful friendly place to stay..everyone had a smile and a greeting. We needed a medical supply place to pick up something and the desk clerk gave us great directions, could have drove right to it....if we had read them right!!! Or error, not hers! Everyone made us glad we chose this hotel.

My husband had surgery that day at North Kansas City Hopsital so we decided to stay the night at Harrahs, not only because it was a good price but because of the location. The staff there were very friendly and the room was probably one of the cleanest rooms I have ever seen in a hotel room. Nice place good people clean and great food

The hotel wasn't bad. I find the whole casino thing kind of creepy though. Free parking was nice. About 15 minutes from downtown KC. You have to pay for internet, which is cheezy. The people were nice, and there was plenty there to do.

Had a great experience at Harrah's. Location is not the best but once inside you don't wan't to leave.

Very nice & clean accomdations. Mike & Charlie's Italian Restaurant was outstanding. Very good quality food & service was great.

The room had a little wear, but it was quiet comfortable enough and priced right. The buffet breakfast was worth price. The cleaning staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. A nice stay.

Nice staff. Clean room. Requested extra pillows and had them delivered not 10 min later. Bed made and room cleaned every day of a 3 day stay. Great price for the stay. Loved the 4 restaurants and coffee shop available on the property.

The motel stay was fine. Staff is probably the nicest that we have ever encountered in all of our vacation stays. Casino was locked down for paying you any money. Couldn't win anything for 2 days and rewards program is basically of no value. If you spend $100.00 in a slot, you have 20 cents worth of credit.

Disappointed that free wireless internet was not included.

The hotel itself was pretty nice, but after the "greeting" we received from the lady at the front desk, we realized our money would have been better spent at one of the friendlier casinos. Not only did this individual not greet us happily, she was incredibly rude. The only words she spoke were: credit card, ID, and then finally our room number. Everything […] else was a series of grunts and unrecognizable grumbles. We were incredibly shocked. The room was nice, but I was a little bothered by the fact that there were two used hand towels left to hang dry on the shower rod. After seeing those, I was a little curious if anything in the room had actually been cleaned. Overall, it's a lovely place. Great stay! Checked us in early and the staff was super nice. Great room, loved the tub. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and tasted great. Will stay here again.

The only problem we had was the smoke alarm went off at 4:00 am, and we all had to evacuate until we got an all clear. It's better to be safe than sorry. All staff members of hotel & casino said hello each time we came across a staff member

the room was what i had asked for and was clean and comfortable. there is nothing close to the hotel except the casino and they charge an extra amount for wifi.

The hotel was clean an had plenty of services and allowed me to concentrate on meeting with some prospective clients and offer me the abillity to entertain them, if needed.
