Well worth it...from the breakfast, to the evening gathering, the hot tube, and definitely the room! Clean room and great staff. Enjoyed my stay so much that I stayed an additional night. When in the area again, I will definitely stay at Embassy Suites Hampton Roads.

I was. greatly surprised that a hotel of this nature did not offer free in room internet. This is the first hotel in years that I have stayed in that did not offer it. It can get rather expensive having to pay a daily fee. If I were to stay more than one night I would not have stayed at this hotel.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was beautiful, the service was great. We enjoyed the complimentary manager's cocktail hour in the evening and breakfast was wonderful as well. There is nothing like a made to order omelette! Will definitely stay again!

I had an awesome stay...Very beautifully decorated at Christmas ...The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

When I opened the door to my room, I could only gasp, "Wow!" This is one of the best hotels I've seen in a great while. The courtesy cards for breakfast was a godsend and the food was delicious with many choices to please even the most finicky eater. My room was like a mini-suite with all the accoutrements of home. There was not one aspect of our stay that was less than perfect.

My daughter and her friends enjoyed being there and I felt comfortable knowing they were safe and having fun. I enjoyed the happy hour myself and the full continental breakfast the next morning! Well worth the money and I look forward to staying again.

This hotel was so clean and nice. The room was exceptional and smelled clean and fresh. The bed was so comfortable and had a variety of pillows from very soft to firm. The bell service was fairly quick and the staff was friendly and accomadating. The bathroom was so clean that I looked at the tub and thought I wouldn't even have a problem taking a bath […] in it. The staff and the hotel were both wonderful....could not have asked for any better!! I

My family and I stayed here for 2 days and could not have asked for a nicer place to stay!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was quiet comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic!!! We will definitely be staying there again!

Embassy is GREAT place to stay! The hotel is amazing and the staff is professional. I made a mistake when booking my room, and the hotel staff fixed it for me with no hesitation. Can't wait to stay next time! Going to the Spa Botanica is a must as well!

Highy recommended. Embassay Suites has really raised the bar. Everything was just wonderful. No negatives at all. Sorry only that we had to leave! BTW, breakfast was unbeliveable - best of any hotel I've ever stayed at - including paid restaurant breakfasts. Can't wait to stay there again!

horrible....

Dollar for dollar the best bang for your buck ....great service and a real breakfast in the AM... Only complaint was many kids in the pool during adult swimming hours.

Thank you for the Managers Reception! The omelette lady is AMAZING! Will definately stay here again anytime we see a show at Hampton Coliseum.

The was some confusion in the photos displayed on the internet ad and room we got. The internet made it seem we were going to get a room much better than we got. The hotel was very busy because of some type of high school sports event in the area. From these people there was a lot of whooping and hollering going on late into the night and I thought […] the hotel staff should have done better ensuring the noise comfort of the rest of the guests. I would expect this kind of noise from a lesser hotel. Because of the high number of guests, the breakfast buffet was very crowded. My husband and I wanted a short get away for the weekend. We book a room at the Embassy Suites Hampton it was beautiful. They have GREAT STAFF very friendly. The happy hour was a plus, nice and relaxing. The breakfast was out of this world really nice. We will be going back!!

Everything was great we enjoyed ourselves. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding full Buffet with a omelet and Pancake station. Pool Was also perfect temperature.

first class hotel, super clean, friendly staff, the buffet breakfast was amazing and "meet the manager" drinks and snacks was a great event

Outstanding performance from reservations to cleanliness, to overall execution as to how a hotel is to be operated. If I had to vacation in hawaii, I would reserve my stay at Hampton Roads Embassy suites and commute every day. Lol! That is how wonderful the stay was. Thank you for the utmost curtesy.

Embassy Suites are always my first choice,if available. Staff is consistently professional,and helpful . My stay was what I had hoped it would be.To the staff,thank you ! Only complaint is the room smelled of smoke, I am sure from a prior guest not controlling themselves and abiding by the nonsmoking hotel policy

The hotel is in great condition, very modern. The location is not the best for a leisure stay as it connected to the convention ctr. For Business purposes it is excellent as always,. My wife and I love the made to order breakfast and the nightly mgr special in which they provide free cocktails and munchies.
