Hotel was very nice . I would recommend it . Only complaint would be no local tv channels and only about eight channels all together.

Reasonably priced, clean rooms, good breakfast. Will recommend to any one driving through or have business in Edison, Metuchen or surrounding area.

The Hotel was very well maintained. The only problem that I faced was that the coffee machine in the room was not cleaned at all. The breakfast was very good, consisting of - bagel, bread, boiled eggs, coffee, cereal, milk and juice. The person at reception desk were also very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This past Friday night, the second floor reeked of cigerette smoke (5 rooms+) No one from the hotel checks on smokers.

palace hotel was the nicest place i have stayed for a long time very good prices,very good service,room was very clean,bathroom kept clean,everyone was very helpful and friendly i had on 1 complaint the tv service channels were very limited, but i guess for the good price i can not complain too much

I had a good stay at the hotel I loved how they up graded me to a jacuzzi suite, very relaxing quiet place

Our room was clean but there was a musty smell in our room. Also, the hotel needs to change their breakfast menu. They had stacks of Cup O Noodles on the counter for breakfast. The cereal was an off brand and was stale. The quality of the breakfast was very low. The quality of the breakfast was very low overall.

This hotel is 5* by all means- location, price, service you name it.

First ofall, where do i start? Okay. We waited a good 20 min. Just for the front desk clerk to situate the first couple before he could take us. It took another 20 for him to register me in my room. I asked for a room with a king size bed, but to my suprise when i walked in, the room smelled like BO and there were 2 twins. My guy and I were very displeased […] with the overall look of the "hotel" room. It looks way more like a motel room. We went back downstairs to the lobby, but the clerk said there werent anymore rooms with a king sized bed so we had to take the doubles. The jacuzzi had hair in the tub still, so that in itself shows that the room isnt properly cleaned & Just FYI—be careful by the jacuzzi as it is a safety hazard getting out of the tub ( u literally have to leap off to get back onto the floor). The room overall looked dingy and cheap. The walls between the rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything. Needless to say, our toilet didnt work either! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Loved the stay,and if booked thru hotels.com u cant go wrong the only thing I didnt give a perfect score was cleanliness because I found an open beer can under the bed

Only stayed overnight, no real problems with the room. Much nicer than similarly priced hotels. Clean.

Lodging is Comfortable. However, breakfast is disappointing. They should improve the quality and items on the menu.

Hotel was beautiful and great for the price! Only downfall was that there was only like 5 channels but besides that it was great!

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The toilet did not work in the room so we were switched to another room all the way in The corner. There was blood in the tub. The sheets were stained. The heat did not work and there was a bad smell in the air. I ended up leaving and was not offered any reimbursement. the management of this hotel just changed and the reason they give for anything wrong in the hotel is that "we just brought the hotel and we are about to change things". pathetic mgmt. stayed for 7 days..bad berakfast..too few things..all stale

Hotel look and comfort level are avegage. Evening front desk attendant was extremely rude. When asked to provide an extra blanket, I was told that he could not. No housekeeping in the evening or late night. Room had no working remote to tv. Waited 40 minutes for an iron and iron board that should have been provided in room. I ordered a King Size bed, I got 2 full size that you can see the mattress through the sheets! There were someone else's shoes under the bed with dirty old socks! I actually used the jacuzzi and the release valve didn't work, so water stayed in it all night. The room smelled weird when i first walked in. Seemed like it was never aired out! When my wife and I arrived at the hotel we were taken by the over all look of it, and the room was better than expected, the only disapointment was the tv and the limeted cable programing. That is why I will give them a 4 star rating. But I will be back there very soon.

Good place to stay for the price. Convenient to all the places I needed to attend. Would recommend and stay here again.

This hotel is scary -- the hallways are long and dark (re the Shining), breakfast was terrible continental (Sunny D, white flour bagels, stale Folger's), rooms smelled like bleach, in a sketchy neighborhood. If we hadn/t

I was very satisfied and stayed in a handicap room. The ironing board was broken and there was no iron and only one station on the TV. but overall I was very happy and the restaurant was wonderful.

The hotel could attract quality subscribers by improving their house keeping practices. Poor house keeping was a problem. The did not change sheets and pilow cases, neither they vacuumed the carpet... The breakfast area looks more like a renovation area...

the front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly and the lady who worked in the breakfast area served breakfast like she was doing a favor by throwing food at the guests. she was the most rude and unprofessional staff person i have seen in my entire life. when we called for a wake up call they hardly heard our request and hung up on us and we never […] got a wake up call. overall the staff everywhere was very unprofessional and very poor service . they advertised continental breakfast and all we got was some bread and butter, jam, and lots and lots of noodles. very cheap.what did they take money for? very cheap service.i would not recommend this hotel to any one . not a horrible experience but very rude and unprofessional staff.again very very very dissatisfied with the woman working inthe breakfast area. she was literally making faces and throwing food as if people sitting there were beggars. she needs to learn some manners. or the hotel may loose more customers like us . the staff was not at all familiar with the surrounding area and they boasted of working there for some yrs. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The Palace is a wonderful hotel. The room TV needs to be upgraded to HDTV flat screens, and the bed needs upgrading to firm mattrress. But the hotel is a very wonderful place to stay. I stayed one night and had dinner at the authentic Indian resturant in the hotel. Dinner was excellant, service was excellant. The best part of my stay was that the manager […] of the hotel upgraded my room to include a Jacuzzi, that was very nice and it made my stay feel like I was there for a week. I just want to say thank you to Sam, he is working in front desk,he is great person, he was great to us. we will stay to this hotel again for sure.

The heat control in the AC/heater unit didn't work. The control panel was also broken. I reported the problem to them, and they retroactively charged my credit card for the damage, although it was already damaged when I checked in! This place is hard to find, and the parking is awkward (you have to park behind the building on a hill). Front desk staff […] was rude. Continental breakfast was a joke! El hotel es cómodo y esta ubicado a casi 50 min de Manhattan. Es indispensable tener coche.

Fint hotel med spa på værelset, men bortset fra et sd kort der forsvandt ved en fejltagelse ved rengøring, og de var glemsomme i service så okay til prisen. Ligger dog for langt væk fra New York. Lej et dyrer hotel på mahatten og spar bropenge, vej penge og meget trafik.
