Best Western Hotel du Parc - Neufchatel-Hardelot

Lovely hotel. Room was bright, airy, spacious and clean with lovely view over garden.

Have stayed here many times and this visit was as excellent as previous occasions. The rooms have been refurbiished and are excellent in terms of comfort and value. The restaurant is also really good.

about half an hour's drive from Calais...just enough travelling, after arrival in France, during a winter's evening. Peaceful, not many other clients on a Sunday evening. just right for us.

lovely hotel in beautiful area .Staff were very good but the room was tired,broken and old.The carpet was stained and smelt.Bathroom was chipped.

The food at the restaurant is divine! Shower needs fixing though, keeps switching between bath and shower. But all in all very happy with our stay!

Excellent appartment we stayed in.Spacious and ahad a veranda. Good Swimming pool, which we didn't use. Restaurant expensive, small portions.

The web-site gave the impression that the hotel was closer to Le Touqe but it was a good 20 minute drive. That aside the hotel restaurant served food to die for!

Very relaxing and pleasant stay. I thought the tennis courts needed a bit of TLC. Some of the staff were a little snotty, but not all and most were helpful. AAR

Convenient to Calais. Good hotel, near many good walks and close to the sea. Stayed room only but found coffee shops etc in Hardelot were late to open for breakfast. Great for a short break

We booked this break to celebrate my husband's birthday, and were travelling with our two children aged 8 and 5. We booked an apartment and were very impressed with the size and number of rooms in the apartment - a full walk in wardrobe and separate bathroom and toilet. Beds were comfortable and the children enjoyed the playground and gardens.

Hôtel confortable et calme. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. La décoration commence un peu à dater.

Séjour agréable, chambre spacieuse, confortable. Endroit calme et reposant. Personnel attentionné et discret.

Excellent hotel, à 20 minutes à pieds du centre, à peine moins de la plage. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer.

Nous avons été très contentes de notre séjour. L’hôtel est situé dans un bel endroit, très calme et l'hôtel lui-même est calme Malheureusement pour nous il fallait prendre la voiture pour aller jusqu'à la mer. et donc chercher une place de stationnement. Malgré un temps peu ensoleillé nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, entourée de nombreux sièges […] confortables. Les photos mises sur le site web correspondent tout à fait à la réalité (ce qui est loin d'être toujours le cas) , pas la moindre surprise négative. En bref, nous souhaitions faire une pause de quelques jours pour nous détendre un peu et ce fut parfaitement réussi. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

petit dejeuner trop cher

Très calme. Pas de minibar. Réseau Wi-Fi défectueux. Impossibilité de changer de chambre.

Chambre 34 en bout de couloir mais finalement au calem, hotel agréable, petite terrasse particuliere, chambre spacieuse, sdb impeccable. Nous y etions venus en amoureux et nous en gardons un bon souvenir. Hardelot dispose aussi de qq bons restaurants, d'un cadre chic et reposant. Regrets: Le receptionniste nous a assuré que les vélos present dans l'hotel […] n'etait pas disponible pour les residents !? Et dommage que la chambre ne dispose pas de frigo/bar อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Hotel reposant, calme et propre. Restaurant tout à fait satisfaisant? Décoration standart un peu fanée. Personnel sympatique et serviable.

C'est l'hôtel idéal pour qui cherche un peu de tranquillité avec un maximum de confort. Nous avons juste regretté que le sauna ne soit pas déjà en service.

Hôtel très agréable, bien situé, mais attention : lorsqu'on réserve un appartement (donc avec cuisine) mais pour une seule nuit, les ustensiles de cuisine (couverts, assiettes, casseroles,...) ne sont pas prévus ! Les cuisines sont en effet réservées aux séjours d'au moins 2 nuits. Or ceci ne figure pas sur les formulaires de réservation (oua lors bien […] caché !), et il a fallu quelque peu négocier pour y avoir accès (direction hôtel). อ่านเพิ่มเติม
