The Lion & the Rose B&B - ไวต์ฟีลด์

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in this charming B&B in the Whote Mountains of NH. The owners were very kind and accomodating and upgraded our room for free. The en suite bath was excelent - good water pressure and very hot water, which is nice in northern NH in early February! We slept well in the comfy bed. Breakfast was the best ever - the owner/wife […] runs a catering company and it shows! She made an excellent coffee with the world's best french toast and raspberry sauce that was to die for! Chris the landlady was very helpful with advice on where to go in the local area. The BnB has real character and was a good base from which to explore the White Mountains. The breakfast was top notch too.

The Bed and Breakfast couldn't have been nicer. The hostesses were very gracious and the B&B was very clean and the breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend it.

Like other people have said, owners Rodger and Chris are great hosts. Very knowledgeable of the area. Chris gave us a free upgrade which was awesome. We had a tour of all the rooms and honestly you can't go wrong with any of them. Great place to stay. I'm a travel agent and will recommend this place to clients

Staying at the Lion and the Rose was relaxing from start to finish. Chris and Roger are like you two most gracious friends. They helped make our entire trip an enjoyable experience. Chris even made sure the we left on time for our day's planned adventure

The B&B is a beautiful house, lovingly decorated with antiques by Chris and Roger, the hosts. We were given a warm welcome and recommendations for dinner, so that we felt right at home. Excellent breakfast, friendly host and hostess, each room has a different theme, computer access. Very satisfied.

Very quiet area if you want R&R. The carpets around town roll up at dusk. Breakfast was 1st class and we were given an option of what time to eat breakfast(8 or 9). Owners were very nice and helpful with day plans.
