I had booked a family room but when I arrived at teh hotel they told me they had all been taken! After some hoo-haaing they eventually offered us two double rooms instead. We arrrived at this hotel at 3.45am after disruption to the cross chanel ferry crossings, and although I had phoned ahead to let them know we would be very late arriving the night watchman had no knowledge of my booking. He spoke no English at all and we have only limited French but in the end this matter was resolved. Our room was very basic but clean […] and in good repair, it was however in a block positioned around a carpark which got very busy and noisy (as did the cleaning shed next door) around 7am. This hotel is definately 'no frills'. The other point that should be mentioned is that we could no find no full address for this hotel online and although we had booked through an agency they had not provided a full address either. From the very limited address details we did have it was a nightmare to find and the signage was really poor. It was also considerably further away from the port than we were lead to believe. We are happy to use these value hotels for one or possibly 2 nights but not longer as the room has little or no free space. Breakfast was expensive by comparison with other comparable hotels we stayed at. We did not take our evening meal here butwent into central Dunkirk.

Excellent meals provided and a late opening reception makes life much easier. The multi-lingual staff were very helpful and I would definately stay here again.

As expected, basic but convenient. 15 mins max from car ferry. Good confortable beds, quiet location and hotel. Good black out shutters for sleeping. No tea/coffee making. Hotel carpark.

A basic rabbit hutch style motel but clean and with a pleasant small cafe/restaurant on site. Fine for a stopover and would happily use it again. English speakers were few but we managed, and the address wasn't available on our sat nav but not hard to find from the map.

very uncomfortable stay, the pillows were like cotton wool balss all stuffed together, the receptionist didint speak a word of english, we were in the middle of nowhere with no information on how to find anywhere to eat, the pull out childrens bed was rock hard and none of us got a wink of sleep with the noise of people above flushing toilets and walking […] about throughout the night อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Tres bien localise pour travailler a la ZI de petite synthe. Personnel agréable et souriant.

tres bon accueil, chambres tres propres,restauration variée, espaces vert autour de cet hotel, animaux de compagnie accépté,et enfin trés beau lac a proximité.
