Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel - เดนเวอร์

The room and hotel were clean. The staff at the front counter were very courteous .. However, we were in Room 611 and the shower fixture was in need of repair. It was loose and the spray arm didn't stay in place and sprayed at the wall instead of where you could get wet !! Also, the chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, the room was cramped, […] and you couldn't sit comfortably on the bed either... the bed was comfortable --- the room was extremely HOT and the air conditioner didn't adjust (we had to put the temp at 60 to even get a small amount of air that was semi cool. We went to the pool area and were disappointed as the pool was full of debris and was water was cloudy - it needs to be serviced !! The Hot Tub was also cloudy.... The hotel was great! Outside of the one front desk employee we had to deal with it was a wonderful stay! We decided to extend our stay by one day and the credit card was charged AFTER we paid cash. When I notified the front desk the gentleman I spoke to was curt and put out! His attitude was less than professional and he was irritated. Seems pretty old - have to wait several minutes for the elevator. Ride is jerky. Is below par compared to the other Sheraton's I've been at. Rooms are very cramped.

Okay, I hate to write this but I must. This is the 5th time I have stayed at this hotel in Denver. I lokie the location but It goes downhill each time. I paid extra for a room on 10th floor (for club members) which included a breakfast buffet for the two days I stayed. The room was smaller than I remember, very small. The beds were hard, pillows were […] rubber and hard. I don't remember this from previous stays. I paid extra for my room because I thought the club floor would be better than average, not true. The lounge furniture on 10th floor was full of thick dust and needed cleaning. The first days breakfast buffet---OMG---the eggs were cold, no spoons for cereal, the coffee canisters were empty. I told the waiter about the above. He did take care of each problem, but had the initiative of a rock. He looked like he just rolled out of bed. His hair was a mess, really unacceptable. The second day we got to the buffet (we already paid for) at 10:10 a.m. and were told the buffet was closed, we couldn't eat. We could order off the menu but we had to PAY FOR IT!! So much for all the extras I paid for in advance. This hotel was under renovation and the staff at the front and everywhere in the hotel was under par-----The only thing I thought acceptable was the fireplace in the lobby!! All is well and fine with the exception of the AC units which are way too noisy and have no means of control other than the ON or OFF function. Excellent service and ambiance. RK

I had a nice stay but not upto my expectations. The dryer was dirty and there was no complimentary wifi or shuttle service. The receptionist gave me wrong timings for the swimming pool.

The Sheraton was very reasonably priced and the room was wonderful The bed were very comfortable.

We had high hopes for the Sheraton. Online it seemed like a nice hotel, it had the ammenities we were looking for, a shuttle, pool & hot tub. We even called ahead to make sure everything on hotels.com was correct and to make sure the shuttle would take us to wear we needed to go and when and that the hot tub was working. We get there and all seems ok […] we ask about the shuttle they say to call down later to schedule. So we decide to go down to the bar area and 1st we were told there was no silverware or appetizer plates for the apps we ordered, then we tried to set up our shuttle to take us to the concert which was just a couple miles away and we were told they couldn't accomodate us as they had 3 wedding parties going on and there just wasn't enough shuttles. WE explained we asked about this at check in and there was no mention of the wedding parties. Anyways there were more people going to the concert and they finally accomodated us to the concert but were unable to pick us up. Apparently if we weren't part of the wedding party(s) we weren't important enough. Anyways the next morning we wanted to soak in the hot tub before leaving, we get there and it is dirty and luke warm...so we couldn't even go in. Overall...Marriott here we come! อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I like staying at this hotel because of the convenient location and the overall pleasant atmosphere. The room was very comfortable except the shower head seemed to be broken causing to water to lightly drizzle. Also the bathroom is very small but adequate. I did not realize that they charge extra for internet.

The hotel was in a great location and had comfortable rooms but the amenities were below what many hotels are offering these days. First off, wireless internet in your room will run you $9.95 a day. My family and I go away probably twice a month and this is the first time I can remember a hotel not offering free wi-fi. No continental breakfast. Almost […] all hotels will offer you coffee and fruit in the morning. Not the Sheraton, you'll have to pay for your breakfast too. There is water in the room, but don't drink it, that will cost you $3.50 a bottle. I was afraid to use the shampoo they leave you in the room because everything else had a price tag! For an upper tier hotel, they did not offer any amenities that most chain hotels will offer you. You pay enough for your room at the Sheraton, you'd think some of those extras would be included. Great area, nice room. Nice restraunt. Wireless internet is $9.95!! Overall not bad for the price.

I paid for the room on Hotels.com and when I checked my account they took a extra 40 dollars at the time I checked in without a heads up...and then lied about putting it back and never got back to me and then after I finally got a accountant it took 2 days to get it back, how inconvient and sneaky.

This is a pretty decent hotel at a very good rate (at least for me). However, there were several problems that makes me hesitate to stay there again or even make a full-hearted recommendation for you to stay there. Secondly, the AC was so incredibly loud and in the middle of the night it started vibrating and woke up both myself and my wife. Thirdly, at 8:15 a.m., while I was still in bed and my wife was in the shower, there was a faint clicking on my door followed by housekeeping immediately opening it. I yelled and they closed it. The bathroom was SO small and you could hear noises from the rooms next door.. kind of seemed like a motel. The a/c was very loud.

When I checked in it took about 10 minutes. They only had 2 plugs to charge my phone and blackberry. I think that they remodeled the lobby, but forgot about the rooms. I will not return!

When I stayed at the Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel, I was not expection top of the line customer service. Boy was I in for a surprise.I got greeted with a smile and how can I help you. You don't get that in alot of places anymore. Lobby felt very cozy with fire place. Restaurant had awesome food and service. Bartender and the male server from the […] restaurant had us laughing all night. Now as for the room, Wow! What can I say. Seening red chairs in the room made it feel romantic. We were very pleased we got such a good deal on this room. I would not be worth its regular price though. Hotel.com is the only way to go when staying in hotels like this one.

Hotel parking was not free and costs 20 dollars per day. With the cost of gas prices on the rise, if hotels like this are wanting us to stay with them, they should consider lowering/eliminating the pay for parking approach. Check in was very fast and staff were friendly. We did have to ask a couple times for additional sets of towels. The tv remote was broken but once we let the front desk know, we had a new one within minutes. Location of hotel is great, close to restaurants and stores. Overall it was a good experience.

For the price, the room wa sclean and comfortable. Bathroom was very small and the heater was very loud. The bed were very cozy.

Room was clean and comfortable. Plumbing was a bit noisy. You could hear every time someone else went to the bathroom and the sink and toilet made odd noises

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. I am an extremely light sleeper, and slept soundly through the night.

Nice hotel but our room had that kind of bathroom where if you are sitting on the toilet and someone opens the bathroom door, the door will scrape your lil' knees.... I guess what I'm trying to say is that their bathroom is made for one person at a time. :)
