Bed is horrible. Sunken right in the middle. There were small cockroaches in the room. Got beaten all over my body on one night. Woke up and found dead crushed cockroaches on the bed. Horrible experience, especially having to travel with a young child. There's no water boiler in the kitchen. When requested for ice, we are being charged. Stayed in 4 different hotels while in Manila,this one best by far.

After a couple of weeks stay in poor standard hotels it was great to get back to a quality hotel.For the extra $10.00 a night it was definitely worth every cent.Would definitely stay there again.

bathroom had many cockroaches, roosters in the back yard very annoying

If you are a decent traveler with or without family, you definitely have to ignore Fernandina Hotel in Quezon City, Philippines at all cost. It is not a good hotel – you will waste your blood and money. I can write a book about this hotel, with tons of my negative comments. To name a few, these are some of my comments: very noisy even at 3:00 in the […] morning; the first room my family and I were in (5th floor) had big “ipis” (cockroach) in it that I demanded to change room; the second room was in the 6th floor, where we could hear the loudness of people in their party room partying all night long almost every night – I always had to call the front desk asking for help; the bathroom was always clogged; they only provided one little lousy roll of toilet paper a day for my wife and grandson that we always had to call for extra almost on a daily basis for ten days we were there; the wi-fi connection was bad; towels were dirty; the room has 2 telephones in the room – one to call out, and one used as intercom if you want to talk to the front desk; calling out using the local phone is pain in the rear that we could not call using direct dial (even when calling the hospital where my father-in-law was confined before passing away) – we always had to ask the front desk for assistance, and still could not connect; no refrigerator in the room, just microwave; 10,000 people working in the restaurant stared at us while we ate breakfast; there was only one very small elevator working at the time we were there, the other one was broke); elevator was always operated by the hotel personnel, who would always greet you “good morning, sir” or “good morning, ma’am” – if you use the elevator 100 times, they would greet you 100 times also, which was very irritating (of course); front desk manager was rude and no manners; all receipts are done manually, not electronic; parking in the front of the building was a mess as they left no room for people to pass through, in getting in and out of the อ่านเพิ่มเติม

pay a little more get the suite. Bedroom and living area larger than most homes in Philipines. Balcony overlooking main street across from mall. pharmacy and banks/ATM within 5 min walk , McD, inmall across street , grocery store . KFC, Subway both deliver. Free massage after two stays. Staying here again in a few days. Convenient access to shopping & restaurants. Staff was friendly & helpful. Floors in room were very dusty & sticky. Bathroom had a strange smell. After one our one night stay my family had so many bug bites.

This hotel is highly recommended for people who has problems commuting. It is right at the heart of the city of Cubao where all the restaurants, shopping malls are. If you wanted to eat anytime of the day, restos are 24 hours. The service is speedy and excellent but the maintenance and upkeep of the inside of the building is very poor. We had read some of the reviews and weren't sure what to expect but the suite was very nice. We really enjoyed the living room area and the full sized refrigerator. The refrigerator was full of things to buy and when I told them we wouldn't be using any of that they took everything out and put it in a cupboard. The staff was really nice. Fernandina 88 Suite Hotel is cute and very convinient to all what you need. The environment is safe.

I read about this hotel before I booked via internet and the positive comments from others remains after three nights. Very kind staff, clean and descent and very convenient location near the Ali Mall, Supermarkets and the Aretna Sports Center. We stayed 2 nights and had lovely time. Staff were pleasant and helpful. On arrival we're told we're told we'd been upgraded to a deluxe room which was more spacious. The hotel was clean; had excellent food; cold AC, and room was spacious. Great value.

Although the hotel looked a bit old on both the interior and exterior, the friendly staff service more than made up for it. From the airport transfer driver, and security manager, to the frontline staff and room service staff, everyone was extremely friendly and customer service-oriented. So I had to carry my laptop to the restaurant to access the Internet. Again, the staff made a big difference - they gave me the access password without any questions, did not need me to make any orders, and even served me cold water without me asking. It really helped to ease the inconvenience of the lack of Internet access. sorroundings feel ok, check-in ok, room,foods and room service are excellent, im not only comfortable arround the surrondings

ケソン市に用事がある人ならGOODなホテルです。 古い割には室内も綺麗だし、従業員がフレンドリーで片言の英語にも真剣に聞いてくれ、買い物、食事は目の前のモールに行けばすべてOK. ただ、ジープニーのうるさいのにはまいりました。夜中までクラクションが鳴っていて、寝付くのに時間がかかったかな。
