Comfort Inn & Suites Paramus - ปารามูส์

The hotel was nice had a few complaints such as no towels in the room when I got in and the air conditioner did not work but luckily after few minutes they gave me towels and changed my air conditioner

breakfast was very good, location was good, staff were friendly

Perhaps I had too high expectations for this place, but after reading reviews on TA and Hotels.com I thought it was the perfect choice. However, I was told on the phone while booking the room it was a suite (when I found out calling for an early check-in it was not). During the same phone call I was told there would be a DVD player, but later found […] out that is an additional charge. (Which at check-in, after requesting it on the phone to be put in the room, I was told that the TV would not work with the DVD player... really?) Also a hotel employees opened the door to my room without knocking, the pillows are ridiculously small, the room had an awful smell even after an employee came back to spray something, the CD player would not play my [regular non-burned, not scratched up] CDs, and the breakfast buffet was a joke (although I did have a delicious waffle)... everything else was mostly gross. The front desk staff also seemed rather unprofessional... overall, disappointing. I must admit I did like the big TV, whirlpool, the shower, and the fact that my guest had a great time despite all these things. Probably would not go back or recommend. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The non-smoking room, sheets and towels reeked of smoke. The location was VERY convenient, which is why I stayed there. The traffic on route 17 (it's right by the exit from the Garden State Parkway) woke me during the night. Blankets only came 3/4's up the bed. It's convenient but I also need my sleep. I'll have to think twice before I return.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This is the only hotel for me.

I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again. The room is clean and comfortable. Some reviewers have complained about noise, but I've never had a problem. This is a great place to stay for reasonable rates for the area. Two thumbs up.

I was pleasantly surprised of the bedding. The mattress seems to be fairly new and high it felt like I was right at home. The buffet breakfast was good, and the staff very pleasant. Next door is a Red Lobster and this was just great for our one night stay. Highly recommend this particular Comfort Inn Suites in Paramus.

Room was nice and clean, very comfortable beds. I had only wished for a smaller pillow, but didn´t ask. Aircondition worked well, fan speed not selectable. Breakfast: we liked the orange juice and the waffle maker best, but everything else on offer was also good. The greatest complaint we have is the access to the premises from Rte 17 southbound, where […] sometimes cars entering Rte 17 on a slip road sometimes nearly blocked us from getting on the lane with the hotel entry. First time in NJ from Florida, room and service were excellent...!

Bathroom smelled like mold, almost got into several accidents trying to enter/leave parking lot due to location at the end of Parkway offramp. Room is very small. Overpriced for what you get. No elevator, have to carry your bags up steps.

Small and quaint hotel. It was nice to have a Red Lobster on the premesis being that there was a thunderstorm that night. Breakfast at the hotel was a ittle bland. But we Loved our stay.

This hotel was okay but not stellar in any category. The room was neat and surface clean. Staff was okay but not super accomodating.

Excellent accommodations!

The front desk staff are not friendly at all.

This hotel is very clean and the service was very nice. We were traveling north bound and it was next to impossible to get to- southband would be a little easier but there is only one access and it is right beside an off-ramp where cars are coming off of at a fast speed. Very dangerous.

Everything was great except breakfast which was bellow average.

The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. We were on a floor surrounded by a college baseball team but were not bothered by any noise. The one drawback is that the hotel has no guest elevator. Be prepared to carry your suitcases to the second floor.

checking in only took a few minutes the staff are quite capable and professional the way they conducted themselves. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentyful and fresh. A complimentry Wallstreet journal was available for free. I would come back and stay at the inn.

This hotel was a fabulous find for a no-frills, get-down-to-business, convenient stay. I arrived late night and reception was helpful and friendly. Logging onto their wireless Internet didn't require anything out-of-the-ordinary, it just plain worked (and was free!) Free breakfast buffet is always a time-saver, and theirs included sources of protein […] often lacking in breakfast buffets. In-room fridge & microwave was a handy addition for reheating leftovers, but I had to improvise *how* to microwave as the only cups & utensils provided in the room didn't appear to be microwave-safe (that said, I didn't ask the front desk for other options). Paramus is back-to-back malls as far as I could find, and this hotel was right along a main highway, making it easy to get to them once you figure out how to make all the twists and turns required to get to the right side of the highway. An attached Red Lobster made grabbing a late meal (or pint) easy. Managers Daisy and Sean were VERY helpful with a booking snafu, and even though their hands were tied by odd reservations policies they were very helpful in getting me to a location I needed in time for my flight back home. The suite was really a studio, without any separation from the living area. Smaller size than I expected.

Its a Comfort Inn. The design and room decor looks like every other Comfort Inn in the country. This hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and the neighborhood has lots of restaurants and services. The hotel shares a parking lot with Red Lobster, which eliminates the hassle of getting back in the car for dinner after finally checking in.

Coming from New England to take a child to college it was nice to find such nice accommadations. We were able to get a good meal at the ajoining resturant and settle in for a restful evenings sleep. We were able to make the seven mile drive to the university easily. I would definitely stay here again in the future to visit our child. as expected, decent value for $. breakfast and wifi internet for laptops are a plus.

Beds very comfortable!!!! Good hot breakfast included. Personal very nice and courteous Quiet place close to New-York City. We loved it!

Close to the city at much better price. Kind of a pain getting too the hotel on Rt 17. Need to do a double U turn to get there from the city.

Room has large back, large screen tv with multiple channels, comfortable overall. And also a nice morning breakfast included. Good value.

Once again I stayed here while visiting friends and I was not disappointed! Room was ready, clean and the staff friendly. The beds were comfortable and clean. I do not consider staying anywhere else while in the Paramus area - and I grew up in this town! Is right in the middle of anything you are going to so it's extremely convenient.

I would like to say that I truly enjoyed the one night that I stayed @the comfort inn suites. The hotel was so clean and neat and very quiet!!! I will stay here anytime i am in New Jersey or new York.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was sured was greet.
