I was very impressed with this hotel. It was quaint and the service was exceptional. We especially like the continental breakfast delivered every morning - nice touch! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway for two.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights, having got the train up from Montreal. The location is very good, being effectively just over the road from the railway station, restaurants aplenty just a few yards down th road, and about a 5-10 minute slow walk from the Old Town. The breakfast of croissants, orange juice and other items is hung in […] a basket outside your room - very convenient. My only (minor) gripes are that our room was slightly smaller than expected, and could possibly have done with a new carpet. Everything about the hotel was great , the staff was extremely helpful rooms were clean and it's in a great location

Perfect hotel where you feel comfortable staying after touring the old town of Quebec city. The staff made you feel welcome and provided excellent service. Location stellar.

On our recent stay in Quebec City, we loved this hotel. Clean, bright, stylish, friendly, warm, safe, and extremely close to the port and old town - all at a very reasonable price. The breakfast is great too. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy their stay in this wonderful town.

Loved the location - we could walk everywhere. The only thing was that the parking was supposed to be included in our rate and that was not explained properly. Loved the breakfast bag outside our door each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Good Location Near Train & Autobus Station.. Going to diffrent sites 800 # bus runs everyfew minutes. Also one can walk for 10 mins to the main sightseeing places. Breakfast came inthe room, so didn't have to look for restaurant in the morning. We enjoyed the stay.

My husband loves this hotel because of breakfast - there is a lot to be said for a quaint hotel that delivers breakfast each morning to your room in a wicker basket. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and in a predominantly French speaking town, that was important to us. Our room was well laid out, quiet and up-to-date. There were niceties such as an in-room safe, magnifying makeup mirror, iron and board, good toiletries, in-room coffee, bedside reading lights, complimentary fresh fruit and coffee in the lobby, […] etc. We could and did walk to all the old town sights, and there were good restaurants close by. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great value for the price--spacious, clean room in a great location. Thoughtful touches throughout. Continental breakfast delivered to your door. I would definately stay here again.

Bien placé en ville; Il faudrait plus de précisions pour le localiser par GPS. Celui-ci nous a envoyé rue St Paul mais dans une lointaine banlieue!! A notre avis, le prix est un peu élevé pour les prestations fournies (petit déjeuner)

Très bon déjeuner, belle chambre, le seul défaut, il n'y avait pas l'air climatisé.

Bon prix, super belle chambre, confortable, équipée et propre. bien situé. Bons petits bistros dans les alentours. Proche de la rue St-Jean pour le magasinage. Nous étions des habitués du Hilton, on adopte l'hôtel des Coutelliers. Prochaine visite au mois d'août. Et de plus l'internet est gratuit à cet hôtel.

Accueil chaleureux, proche du centre et de la gare routière.. Recommande vivement cet hôtel!
