asked desk manager to use printer but he very rudely told me NO.It was Sunday and no internet cafe was open and I needed a copy of yhe document for that day. The hotel is in a great position in La Cala and although the hotel was very nice and staff very helpfull a couple of things let it down. Bedding could do with upgrading and although we booked half board the quality of food was not 4* and we ate out all the time after the 1st night

I stayed here for 4 nights in December 2009. Hotels at the Costa del Sol tend to be empty that time of year. This was no exception. Hotel bills itself as 4 star, but it realistically is a 3 star. What was good: price, moderate extra cost for breakfast + dinner. Food reasonable (after a few days, it all tends to taste similar - something that always […] seems to happen at the all-inclusive resorts), room, service. What was not so good: bed too hard, no internet service (other than a few coin operated old and slow PC's), ridiculously expensive (Euro 1+/minute) local calls, expensive (Euro 10/night) parking. Todo muy bien, excepto la comida, poca variedad para un 4 estrellas y encaminada al usuario extranjero. Y el no recomendarlo es por la comida, lo demas muy bien

El servicio lo vi estupendo. Lo peor que encontré fue la calidad de la comida y de las bebidas en el T.I., que dejaban bastanten que desear.

Topp beliggenhet på stranda. Sentralt i sjarmerende La Cala med mange spisesteder. Mangelfult utstyr på rommet: Dårlig TV og aircondition, kun en komfort-stol, ingen vannkoker. Likte oss godt, men stiller spørsmål om det holder til 4 stjerner. Mai 2011.

Hotel - Die Lage Wir waren nur vier Tage im Hotel. Da wir nicht im Sommer, sondern im Winter da waren, war das Wetter ganz ok. Leider bittet das Hotel nicht viel Unterhaltung. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, daher Top. Wenn man aber auch das Stadtzentrum in Malaga auskundschaften möchte, ist es schon eine gute halbstündige Autofahrt entfernt. Verpflegung Wir haben mit All Inclusive gebucht, weil das meistens preiswerter ist, doch leider empfehle ich das niemandem! Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, ist das Essen nicht dem Niveau entsprechend. Auch die Auswahl ist eher bescheiden. Ich empfehle nur mit Frühstück zu buchen und dann schön auswärts essen. Zimmer Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider ist es kein Doppelbett, sondern zwei Einzelbetten zusammengerückt. Ein kleiner TV ist vorhanden mit ca. 20 Sendern darunter auch VIVA und RTL. Wir haben eigentlich mit Meeresblick gebucht, da aber das Hotel vertikal zum Meer gebaut ist und wir eines der hinteren Zimmer hatten ist der Ausdruck Meeresblick lieb gemeint aber man darf es nicht so wörtlich nehmen. Das Badezimmer war gut, sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Fazit Wenn man im Sommer Strandurlaub machen möchte und nicht so auf Party steht ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Wenn man aber auch zwischendurch ein Stadtbummel machen und Nachts durch die Clubs oder Bars ziehen möchte sollte man eher ein Hotel in Malaga buchen. no se corresponden los servicios con la categoria del hotel, ni con los precios, las estrellas solo corresponden por su proximidad a la playa, lo demas deja bastante que desear.

The hotel was ok, no room service, no take away food from the resturant to the room, I've been to better 3 stars hotels, and the 4 stars hotels I've been to beats this hands down. I think this hotel was a 4 star hotel, sometime in the 80's. But all in all it was a hotel I could stay in again.
