this is a very nice hotel and comfortable to stay at. on wensdays they have a mangers bbq with hamburgers,hot dogs, potato salad, and wings. plus free beer and wine which was a great dinner outside and all free. There was an abundance of strange noises coming from our rooms and others. The bathroom fixtures emitted a high-volume whine when running. We could hear all A/C units around us. In the morning we could hear water sounds from someone bathing in the room above. I do not plan on staying here again, but from the looks of it, there may not be a better alternative […] in the area. The hotel and the room were clean. The one employee we saw seemed over-encumbered by multiple phones and walk-in guests. I am not sure why they did not have more staff available. Nice to have indoor swimming pool especially in the winter time, and the hotel also offers breakfast. We were greeted like celebrities and treated like welcome family for our two day stay. We brought our labradoodle, Bo Jangles, and he was welcomed by everyone we met. The pool and hot tub are excellent! Everything is clean and well kept and the breakfast is wonderful! Thank you so much for a good experience!

This was my second stay in 4 months. The staff at this location is outstanding. The rooms are clean and quiet. You can't ask for anything more. A must stay hotel in Dover. I will be back.

The hotel serves as a good place for an overnight stay. It is good and clean. Placed in business area.

The staff were very friendly at the front desk. We had a Queen suite, the beds were actually doubles not Queens. The mattress on the pull out couch was in fair condition. Overall the hotel was clean and the city was close to the sights we wanted to see.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is convenient to the highways. The pool looked great, but our stay was too short to utilize it. I would stay there again! My only complaint was that the garbages were overflowing during the complimentary continental breakfast.

We enjoyed the stay and would consider staying there again. Clean rooms, good highway access, local shopping, nearby hospital and WalMart! Free breakfast area was well maintained and stocked and also kept very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Oh yes, the catered (free) cookout (with wine) on Wednesday evening was a nice touch.

I must say that this was the friendliest hotel that I have ever stayed at. From check in to check out the staff was fantastic. Like Cheers, they even remember your name! From the cookies at night to the breakfast in the morning they do a great job. As a bonus, if you stay on a Wednesday night, they even have a bbq for the guests, including beer, wine, […] pop etc... Only one complaint. As a smoker, I requested a ground floor room near a door for convenient exit to smoke. The door however, did not unlock with the key card, as stated by the desk clerk and confirmed by me trying to use it. Pool and spa were nice as was the complimentary breakfast. Check-in and checkout were quick.

Very pleased with the overall cleanliness, staff helpfullness, and location. We will stay there again. We did not have any concerns or issues during our week long stay. Close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to UNH. Morning breakfasts are very nice and a big $$ saver. Overall, excellent value!

This was a very comfortable hotel and clean with nice fitness amenities and pool. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and the only thing I guess I could say was that they hotel didn;t have a restaurant but they had restaurants within walking distance so it was fine

Tons of places to eat right around the hotel. Only bad thing is it states on Hotels.com that each room has a microwave, this is false.

Hotel was clean with nice, comfortable rooms and beds. The gym was nice with towels and a water cooler. The dogs enjoyed staying and were very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't bad. It was a step above continental with waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee, etc. Quick refills and great service. I would definitely go back again.

My son and I take "hotel adventures." He is four, and I am getting him into the swing of reviewing hotels at which we stay. Usually I get the cute, "This is the best ever!" review from him, as I did this time; however, this time, he was spot on. The staff was courteous and friendly but not imposing. Free HBO and extensive breakfast was a plus; and we stayed on a Wednesday night so, unexpectedly, there was a "meet the manager" free buffet! Once again, the staff was courteous, but we didn't feel imposed upon just to get the delicious chicken wings.
