I stayed here with my two little girls for a spring break getaway. Access to Dallas and Frisco was easy and Grapevine Mills is just across the street. My girls (9 and 6) and I enjoyed the breakfast and the spacious suite. We hit a small snag the first morning when our toilet clogged but Senta at the front desk sent someone up immediately to fix it. […] All the staff we met were friendly and Senta was top notch. My only complaint would be that the pool was cold and looked cloudy. This did not impair my girls' enjoyment of it though I could not tolerate the temperature. Everything was excellent. We had a shuttle to the convention center every day and a free happy hour when we got back. However, if you're planning on working out, you might want to consider another location because the gym is pretty small. Overall, awesome, awesome place.

Very comfortable room; spacious and clean. Good free breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Will stay again when in the area.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL

Perfect location for our visit to Legoland Discovery center.

My wife and I were very pleased with everything about the hotel. It fit our needs perfectly!! We will stay at this hotel again when we are in the area.

The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The staff was pleasant including the shuttle driver who drove us to the airport at 4:30AM.

loved the hotel was clean and enjoyable even wit two kids close to everything and staff was nice and helpful

Excellent accommodations and the continental breakfast was great. Location ideal.

The hotel accomodations were cozy, the ammenities great, however the quality of the mattresses were not that good. The Edges of the bed felt like they were sagging and actually caused my kids to roll right off the edge! My back is still sufferring from the lack of a quality mattress. We stayed for just one night. I have been to many Marriott chain hotels and first time for Springhill. Picked because it had a breakfast included. That was easy so we didn't have to leave the hotel till time to leave. Room was nice, bed was comfortable and pillows were great. Usually bed and pillows are my biggest grip about my nights sleep. We were so close and convenient to all the great shopping and activities. The hotel is in the perfect location. We want to come back when we can stay longer and take advantage of Grapevine Mills and Main Street! The suite was great, and we were able to accommodate an unexpected guest in our suite.

Springhill Suites was very close to Grapevine Mills Mall, our destination. Our stay was very comfortable.

Very pleasantly surprised with the room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. TV was old, large tube type, but swiveled for viewing from the living area or the bedroom area. Very convenient to Grapevine Mills Mall - could walk if so desired. Several restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Overall a great weekend stay.

Had a nice stay, my family would stay there again.

Located in a central area of the DFW area with a lot of stuff to do very close by! Very roomie rooms that where very clean. Everyone was very friendly as well.

Very nice hotel, rooms are great sized, living room furniture is actually comfortable. Great room set up. Hotel staff was all very friendly and helpful. My husband and I go to a hotel every month or two just to get away from it all. I've found my new favorite hotel.

Great place if you want to be walking distance from the mall. Very clean, spacious.... Could hear people talking in other rooms but other than that it was great. Did not get up in time to have breakfast but it looked good from what I saw on left over plates of visitors still sitting there. I reserved my room through Hotel.com, reserving a room with two full size beds. When we arrived, we were told that all they had was a room with a king size bed. On inquiry, we were told that Hotel.com does not tell them what kind of room has been reserved, just that we were coming. We were very disappointed, being how my roommate and I had only met […] once. Beds were comfy, breakfast was great, great location.

This was a very clean fresh hotel. The staff was the best i've seen, so friendly and helpful with everything. AC unit worked a little weird and randomly put out warm air for about 7 seconds then kicked off and went to AC so it smelled like heater for a minute or 2, but this didn't affect the room temperature. showers in rooms above were loud and you […] do catch airplane noise flying overhead. Having stayed in cheaper places I decided to go here. The room was large enough for the 3 adults would be crammped for little children. Our room was close to the Pool and next door to a conference room. The planes over head were not too bad for me. Nice bed's plenty of pillows. Great breakfast pleanty to chose from. Very comfortable, nice and clean. My family enjoy it, the pool was small but clean as well. Great room for the money.
