we didn't even stay there. We drove to the hotel and felt that it was rundown and the neighborhood was rundown and didn't look safe. Unfortunately we wasted the money we spent on the room but had peace of mind. DO NOT STAY THERE!!

This hotel was clean and efficient. We did end up swapping rooms because the air conditioner was malfunctioning in the first. But hey, things happen and the hotel staff switched us quickly and was very apologetic. It is a beautiful hotel in a centralized location, no complaints.

Good place for the money. Staff courteous and helpful. Celia's Mexican Restaurant right across the street. Breakfast adequate. Would stay here again.

The hotel was a good value for the price. The room was clean and the shower had great water presure. The breakfast was minimal and parking can be hard late at night. I would stay here again.

Hotel wasn't bad, but it was a little hard to find the first night in the dark and my GPS took me to it via back roads. It's a small hotel and breakfast was nothing more than toast, cereal and bagels. Not bad for a stopover.

When I first got there, I was checking in and I saw prostitute looking people coming into the Hotel; however, in the morning I did see normal people having continental breakfast and reading the news paper. Real people that needed to work or were on vacation. The staff was wonderful. My bed was little hard, my suggestion is that they get one of those […] memory foam from Sam's or Cosco to turn the bed into a pillow top type of bed. I saw this in another Hotel in Lake Tahoe where they did this conversion and I gave them 5/5 scale. The breakfast was perfect! Parking was covered, perfect. It was little far from the city about 10-15 minutes in traffic. I traveled with a family of four and it was OK. We had a Convention to attend near the SF Airport and wanted to be save on costs. My wife and I enjoyed our two night stay very much. The convenient parking was great also.

Nice, quite and very clean.

Pleasantly surprised. Very quiet. Comfy bed and very large room. The hotel staff were all very nice and very informative.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. When asked for a different room away from street they were quick to accomodate us. The hotel room was clean and spacious but beds were extremely hard & uncomfortable. We liked the fact that our room had a mini fridge+microwave and free parking. The surrounding area was okay but wouldn't want to walk at night […] by myself. They offer basic complimentary breakfast items muffins, cereal & coffee -didn't actually try it. Great location. Walkingdistance to CalTrain (1/2Mile) Tex Mex across the street. 10 min taxiride to airport.

This Hotel was perfect for my needs. The Front Desk staff was very friendly. It's a great location for food (Mexican, Ribs, IHOP), and Tanfran Mall has a movie theater, Barnes & Nobles, etc, all on EL Camino Real just a little ways from the hotel! My room had 2 Queen beds which was a nice surprise. I got a chance to try their continental breakfast on […] my last morning and it was what you would expect...cereal, bagels, danish, coffee, tea, etc. So, here are the specs: the Hotel is 3 stories high. The Breakfast is served in the center of the 2nd floor. And there is only one ice machine - on the main floor - so no slinking around in your PJ's unless you want to show off to the public walking by and the front desk.. Parking is underground and you can't get back in without going through the Lobby (no key pass locks here). Personally, if my room is right by an exit door and I am unloading my car, I don't want to dredge through the Lobby with my stuff. Don't be a TV buff! No Showtime/HBO here. Channels don't go past 100. I can't comment on the WiFi since I didn't bring a computer; I did see one in the lobby which I presume was for general use (with a printer). I got a 10% discount for staying 2 nights. I recommend this because I think it was a little pricey for the amenities and "oldness" of the Hotel. Pros: price, breakfast, convenient location, parking, shower heads - ok and non-smoking. Cons: thin walls - can hear noises, snoring, talking and beds creaking from other room,. Rooms needs to be vacuumed ( I get itchiness) or maybe blankets needs to be washed after a guest checked out. I think bedsheets are only changed. WIFI - not good, always cuts-off […] or lost. Shuttle bus schedule to airport can be more frequent, twice per hour much better than once an hour. But cost per nite is reasonable.

The SB HoJo is a surprise for the price, Great Value!! I would come here again!! Restaurants were easy to t walk to..

Great place, The resturant across the street was very good and the Bart was close to the room. The manager was hands on in showing you how to get around in the town.

This was a very nice hotel. I was a little worried when booking because the neighborhood where our airport is in my town is kind of sketchy, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very well kept, has a decent breakfast (free!), and has free parking. It was very close to SFO and about 25 minutes from fishermans wharf. This hotel is a perfectly servicable option for a stay in San Francisco, as long as you have a car. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel was really clean. Much more than expected.15 minutes to San Francisco, yet much less for a hotel i'm the city. Would absolutely stay here again. Well worth what we paid for the room. Great value.

This is a clean safe hotel close to the airport. No frills, few disappointments. Nice staff, ok breakfast (toast, pastries, fruit, milk, cereal, juice). A fridge in the room. Across the street there's Celias with nice Mexican food, and a small convenience store. Free airport shuttle and free wifi. If you don't have a car (I didn't) you still have the […] basics nearby (Walgreens, a few restaurants etc.) but if you would like to go to the mall or anywhere interesting you would need to take a taxi or the bus. As a woman staying here alone I didn't feel safe walking around too much in this area, since there's mostly heavy traffic passing by on the big street outside, and few people out walking. The hotel itself felt 100% safe and clean. There were no laundry machines which was a disappointment for me since I was staying for a week. The room they gave me was on the ground floor, next to the front entrance and facing the road. It's not that close to SFO.

The hotel is right on el camino real the is a lot of traffic noise. When we checked in it took a long time for the desk to be manned so we could get a room key. It is convenient to the airport.

It was a OK'ish stay with a decent front desk service. essentials were ok. Lots of smoke smell in the corridors and the elevators. The parking is little cramped, if you get back late to the hotel you might end up parking on the streets. (Atleast street parking is free in this area )
