Marriott Islandia Long Island - ไอส์แลนเดีย

While the hotel was your standard hotel. The customer service made you feel like you were staying at a 5 star hotel. From the moment I entered every staff person I interacted with from the door man, to the front desk, to the restaurant staff provided incredible customer service. Thank you for a great stay away from home.

I have used this hotel several times and I enjoy getting away there. I always request a room facing the North side which has many trees. However, this time, individuals in the next room were smoking and it got into our room, and really made it difficult to have a good time with the smoke lingering in the room.

We stay here every time we stay in NY. It's always a pleasent place to stay and the staff goes out of their way to meet are needs.

Hotel is beautiful, convenient and well-kept.

The Staff were so welcome,nice and friendly .. Had a great time I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family :)

Very accomodating. When room we requested wasnt ready easily upgraded us to a suite. Nice pool!

The hotel is beutifull but the houskeping was poor. the hotel need some maintanences.

Definitely will stay at this hotel again. The staff were polite. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and beds and pillows were really comfortable. two things to remind before you go: Elevators are safe but they are really slow. Get a room on higher levels. This hotel requires maintenance. Currently it feels very old, the carpets suck, the smell sucks, and service is also poor. Stay definitely isn't worth the money paid, go to other hotel chain instead for this money.

This Marriot of Islandia provided an excellent overnight facility for a very reasonable fee and at a very convenient location. My family and I found the facility to be exceptional in comfort and we were accommodated by very welcoming staff members. Right off the expressway (I-495). Great rooms and staff. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Central location for all of Suffolk County, quick and easy access to the LIE. Great hotel, food and staff. I would highly recommend it.

everything great EXCEPT front desk lady...a shame

I was very dissatisfied with the night I spent at the hotel. The floor was occupied by the people who had a wedding in the hotel. Myself and my family were not able to sleep through the entire night as the drunk people were making noise in the hall. After I called the front desk, evidently they asked those people to quite down, but it took awhile till […] they came down around 4:00PM. Impressive Hotel - top notch!

I stayed at this Hotel for several nights,and to me Marriott Hotels are top shelf!This location was a 5 star Hotel.I would stay here again.

Room overlooked dining area and bar. Hotel was noisy and lacked light since there were no external windows

Overall, we liked the hotel. However, we did not get room cleaned until after 4pm even though we left our hotel room for most of morning and afternoon. Also, AC didn't work too well until we couldn't take the lack of cold air and had it serviced. Engineer said he would call back to see if ac reset worked -- never heard from him.

large clean rooms beautiful hotel

We arrived at the hotel very late at night and I was tired so it wasn't thrilling when we opened the door to find that the room was a mess and was filled with another guest's possessions. Obviously they double booked the room. The man at the front desk gave us another room, however, I was annoyed because not only was I tired and didn't feel making multiple […] trips to and from the front desk at 1am, but what if someone else was in the room when i opened the door?...To top it off, there were no more king size beds available. Only 2 doubles. Even more annoying. Then next morning while checking out, a different man at the front desk gave us complimentary breakfasts as to make up for the inconvenience of the night before. Aside from all that, the hotel was beautiful and in much better decor and cleanliness than i'd even expected. Gave us handicap room without notice and could not change. Bathroom had a pudgent scent of urine. The lifeguard at the pool was rude telling us we could not have coffe in a paper cup when the front desk told us we could.
