Location was perfect. Close to everything. But the room was sooooo small. Didn't want to spend any time in it.

The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from the train station, and just steps from the beach and local shopping. The beds were not very comfortable and the street below was noisy and very bright through the night. Paint on the corridor walls was peeling and room had a slight smell. Very basic room furnishing. The positive was that the hotel was located across the station. The front desk very friendly too.

I'm a 21 year old student who went on a holiday with a friend. We chose this hotel last minute as it was part of a last minute deal and the reviews were mixed so didn't really know what to expect. However, both me and my friend were really suprised and pleased with this hotel. It was great. The location is fantastic, right opposite the train station […] and about a 5min walk from the beach, and it's in walking distance of everything. The staff were really friendly and helpful as we asked them a lot of questions about the local area and where to go, and they recommened a great bar "Morrisons" small Irish bar, and printed out our booking reference's for free, and we had free wi-fi all week. They all spoke really good english as well. Our room was small but it was cleaned everyday, (new towels, new bedding, new soaps etc) and we didn't need a big room as you're not on holiday to sit in a hotel. We both strongly reccomend the resturant opposite the hotel "La Splenda", it's so cheap so we expected average food but it was delicious (steak, eggs and chips for 11.30 euro's). We didn't bother with breakfast as it seemed quite pricey for what it was. Overall we had a great holiday and have no complaints about the hotel. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Stayed there before so knew what was on offer. Hotel ideal for visiting Cannes and other places. Everything in Hotel was excellent, with friendly helpful staff. One downer they need to up date television system with at least one english channel.

The hotel was extremely easy to find. Cannes is a very easy to navigate city, but even so the hostel is super easy to locate both from the train station and from wandering the city.

The place is a perfect location, very convenient to the train station. The room needs some major renovations, it felt like being in a dorm room with marks all over the walls and we were next to the cleaning office where there was an odor when walked passed it. My error in judgement was that I did not see that it was a shared bathroom ... and would have […] preferred a room with own bathroom. The shared bathroom was very clean though. We only stayed one night so cannot say add too much other information. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were happily surprised to have air conditioning in the room! The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the location next to the train station. Everything was great except the room was very small.

This is definitely not the Four Seasons, but if you need a simple bed for a night of two this hotel is great. The hotel itself is old and could use some renovations, but the rooms themselves are clean. Also, I found that all of the hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Getting a three bed room for the same price as a two bed gave us room to put our suitcase. Rooms are clean and modern but the lobby and halls are a bit rough.

The location was great for my wife and I because we brought a big luggage. The hotel was right across the street of the train station, which meant not having to lug the luggage too far. Room was ok sized, enough to tip toe around the beds without being to contorted. Shower was really really tiny though. I'm not exactly a huge guy, only 1.77m 75kg (5' […] 10 & 165 pound for Americans reading this :p ) but I felt like I was a giant in that shower "capsule". I was constantly elbowing the walls and hitting my head on the glass door while showering. Imagine Godzilla smashing Tokyo or New York, thats what it was like. Breakfast was ok, loved the crossoint though. Some people like eating on a terrace, I dont like looking down from high places, so I sat indoors. Overall I find this hotel livable for a short stay like mine. I would think one can live with a tiny shower for 2-3 nites but not much longer. Crisp, clean sheets. Immaculate plentiful towels. Smallish room but well appointed. Friendly helpful staff. They let me keep my bag there for 6 hours after I checked out, while I was wandering the town before getting on my train.

Friendly helpful staff, available 24 hrs. This hotel is conveniently located 2 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon & the Airport bus to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Location is perfect and rooms are quiet.

What I liked the most about this hotel is that is across the street from the Cannes train station. I was traveling using the railway so this was very convenient. Also inexpensive compared to some hotels there. Close to everything (Cannes is not a huge tow anyways) and about 2 or 3 blocks away from the beach (Free non private ones). I found this hotel very good for how much it cost. It's in a very good location, right beside the train station and within easy reach of the seafront, shopping area and the main bars and restaurants in Cannes. It was real cheap. It was right across from the train station in a pretty good location for wandering Cannes or going to the beach. What else can three people backpacking on a budget want?

The rooms are extremely small but very clean. The bathroom was fairly modern for France. The location is right beside the train station which is very handy. Our room faced the train station and a busy road so it was noisy with the windows open but in March this was not a problem. It appears that they have air conditioning in the summer so that would […] be good. For sleeping, they have the electronic storm shutter on the window that comes down. This not only blocks all light at night but also removes the noise which is great. The bed was very comfortable. Monoprix and great bakeshops and food shops all around. Standard Room for Nice, on the small side. Quiet location but central for all amenities. Very good standard of cleanliness. Poor mattress. Good bathroom with efficient shower. Overall, excellent value for money

Excellent location! Directly across from the train station, one block to Monoprix for all of your needs, and three blocks from the Grand Palais! Perfect for a budget minded person.

L'impression de mon séjour à l'Hôtel l'Esterel restera inoubliable car son emplacement est très bien situé, le personnel est très agréable, chaleureux, convivial. La chambre est petite certes mais l'environnement est plaisant et tout y est accessible au alentour (Gare, Magasin, Restaurant etc....) Je recommanderais cet hôtel à un membre de ma famille, […] un ou une ami (e) ainsi bien qu'à d'autres personnes. Bonne impression , seule remarque en bémol : j'ai souffert du froid -Fin avril il faisait froid et humide et l'hotel m''a avoué que le chauffage de la clim reversible avait été volontairement coupé en prévision du ''printemps''....! le rapport qualité/prix est tout à fait satisfaisant - Accueil convivial à cette époque de l'année- Pour un deuxième séjour en hiver j'ai fait la même remarque de détail : le chauffage est un peu juste dans la chambre-
