Great location, centre of the old town and very close to the church bridge. That was about all that I could recommend. We booked for two but after we got to our room we discovered there was only one towel, pillow etc. we went back to the front desk and she assured us she would fix it by the time we got back. When we arrived back from a day out at about […] 8pm we found all the extra bedding etc just dumped on the bed in a pile, the cover wasn't even on the pillow or the doona. The bathroom cubicle was on the small size which was ok if the taps didn't stick out so far that you couldn't move without making it hotter, colder or turning it off. We wanted to be near the station and this was perfect - one street back. Only a short 10 minute walk to the center of town. Staff were friendly and especially the waiting staff who brought dinner to our room. Only negative thing - there were underpants and socks under the bed... from previous guests. Situated just a few minutes walk from the station, this Hotel is ideal for those travelling by rail. The area, though not in the old town, has a good variety of shops and cafes. Rooms are comfortable and warm - the only downside being the ridiculously small portable TV! Hotel im 80er-Jahre Stil, mit Wänden aus Papier (konnten den Zimmernachbarn schnarchen hören). Am Frühstücksbuffett gab es schimmligen Käse. Wissen jetzt, wieso das Hotel für Silvester relativ spät noch nicht ausgebucht war.

A very nice hotel in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the old town. Staff was friendly and helpfull, restaurant was ok, breakfast buffet was ok, room was clean and nice. Value for money. Hotell looked newly renovated and inviting.

Nice, helpful staff. Rooms in good shape but toilet door in glass??? No aircondition or fans in the rooms, nor could we borrow a fan, this was a minus. Also the coffee at the breakfeast is just not ok, some freezedried machinecoffee with horrible taste. Otherwise nice breakfeast.

ottima la prima colazione, discreta anche la cucina: è stata una buona scelta ed una bella vacanza

Loistava sijainti, siistit tyylikkäät huoneet. Läpinäkyvät wc:n ja suihkuhuoneen seinät olivat pikantti ja avaruudentuntua lisäävä yksityiskohta, muttei välttämättä sovi kaikille.
