It was good but while we had an ocean view, no balcony. The ocean view rooms on the first floor looked nice with a patio but we didn't have one. The majority of the surrounding hotels did have a balcony. The jets in the hot tub didn't work.

The Hotel is in the heart of Daytona Beach. Within walking distance of the ocean walk as well as the peir. Very short walk to the Ocean Deck Resturant.

When we checked in the front desk clerk was very rude.They have a very small parking area.Also we asked for clean towels and bath clothes everyday and never got them we were finally told at the front desk that they only wash on Monday 's and some college students were given the rooms I paid for in advance.

We booked this Hotel at the last minute during public school spring break and did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location. The hotel is really nothing to write home about but it is clean. I would stay there again.

This hotel parking is crazy. There are no where near enough places for all guests to park one car. The night staff is horr-I-ble!! Debbie is great! Everyone else talks down to you like you are there to get something over on them. Our hair dryer was broke. The coffee pot was broke. It's time to replace the carpet. Wanna check in a couple hours early?? […] That'll be 45$!! And don't try to eat the breakfast bar if you do. It's not included. That 45$ is for the extra utilities you will be using. Stayed there last week for Spring Break. The suite was very good size, very clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only qualms were that the provided breakfast was not good and the location to the bars was a good walk away. Other than that I would recommend it 100%.

First off it was wright on the beach loved it . the staff was not bad . the room , however the sink had not runing water had to wash hands in shower . thay said it would get looked at ,didn,t.i no it get a lot of use but i payed a lot of money and feel i got riped off

Make sure you read the fine print! I must not have seen the $100 in cash security deposit per person and we were not the only people to have this problem. The beach front views exceeded all expectations!!! As a native Floridian that is hard to do for me. The room were spacious and clean. The breakfast also exceeded my expectations. It I located three blocks from main street which is perfect. Close enough to walk, but far enough away to miss the debauchery when you need too. Nicely remodeled rooms!

The hotel is on a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in process run smoothly. There is no need to go out to eat breakfast. They have a good selection. The only bad thing that I encounter was that the address that they have is not the correct one. So I arrived at the wrong place. was on beach yet close to bars and restaurants. Had good continental breakfast with eggs waffles etc. Hotel was clean but is starting to need a little paint carpets clean etc but would stay again!

This is one of those places that is just okay.... Had some maintenance issues, light bulbs blown, noisy refrigerator, had to reboot the a/c, a big draw back was no balcony's on the ocean front rooms. Evening front desk service not good, rude man, was getting collection calls while servicing people. Enjoyed the hotel. could walk to many things. very nice breakfast. we were so sad that there was no balcony.

We enjoyed this hotel because it was right on the ocean and beach. The staff was very helpful, sugesting places to visit and eat. the only things negative that the breakfast was not very hot. It was luke warm.

This was perfect for our stopover on the way to a cruise. Staff was extremely helpful. View and location were awesome. Breakfast was great too. It seemed a little run down, but clean and decent. Would definitely go there again.

Everything was great except the part where the tub was full of water and two roaches in the bathroom.

When to graduation ceremony for Embry Riddle. Did not know the hotels or the area. Took a chance. Room was very neat. Had ocean view room on 5th floor, very nice to watch the sun rise over the ocean from bed. Walked the beach in the morning. I don't need a super elaborate hotel, just a clean one, this one was just fine. Very much enjoyed.

Our room was nice, clean, and large enough. The beds were firmer than expected, but we had no problem sleeping. The hotel is located along a strip with other hotels and local attractions. This isn't a family area though. Walking along the roadway to the boardwalk, we encountered unsavory characters, lots of traffic, and we were asked a few times for […] money. That was OK for this visit, but I wouldn't be as enthused bringing my children here. I would be more likely to choose the Hilton up the road, which is part of the boardwalk/mall ecosystem. The beachfront at this hotel was typical of the area. If you've been to Sarasota, Venice, or other Gulf coast beaches, you won't be impressed. The sand is dirty. There's lots of seaweed. The beach is short and cars can drive on it. The water was rough during our short visit. Our stay at the boardwalk was peaceful and pleasant. We could see that there were a number of upgrades in the works. The staff was cordial and kind to us, that means a lot in this day and age. Looking forward to our next trip.

Custoer service on check in was rude,had to ask 3 time what direction the room was, There was noTV guide on the tv or in the room what so ever, no soda in the soda machine at all, Maybe they seem small but when you are at a hote these thing matter very much. was very dissapponted with my stay at hotel. Not Daytona Beach it was fun!

Bartender was the best! Food was great! Room only had 1 trashcan in bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were ok. They confused our check out and said we had to leave a day earlier when we purchased thru the following day. Overall, got what we paid for. Don't think I would stay there again tho. well, only complaint is that there is no balcony only widows facing beach, good view and windows open, rooms are very clean/large, plenty of room, decent bar and pool, nice beach access and close to boardwalk, walking distance

We stayed 2 nights June 9 to11, 2011, and it was very nice. The location, front desk staff, the pool, hot tub, and the room was just great. If you needed anything for the room all you had to do was ask and they accomodated you. We had 2 queens and a pull out couch, there were 5 of us. I spent my last day in Deytona at the Boardwalk Inn cause it had everything I was looking for and it was close to the airport.It is close to alot of entertainment, The Boardwalk Inn is right on the beach with Ocean rooms that lead to the Hot tub, pool and the beach. Each ocean front room has their own small table and chairs outside for entertaining.Nice […] if you have small children cause you can put them down for a nap leave the door open & sit outside for sun & a snack and still hear them. Across the street are shops: gifts(lots of things),pizza,icream,diner&bar&grill. They also have a Honeymoon suite which is very nice for a romantic getaway or someone who just wants something bigger.They also have continental breakfast reg muffins waffels breads and cereals. but if thats not ur thing across the street is a lil diner if u like. AAll up and down Atlantic Ave are all types of stores and places to eat shop. I was even able to meet some more family that I hadn't met, we hung out around the pool area and and just sat and talked and had a nice visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is something very strange going on in this place! My Husband and I were laying in bed in our room with the do not disturb sign on the door aprox. 4 hours after we got there and all of the suddon the door opens and we hear two people laughing and they say oops we are sorry! The door was locked they use the card keys here, My Husband ran to the […] door but by he time he got there they were gone! He went down to the front desk and all the clerk would say is it was an accident they had the wrong room!! We could not get a reason from any one why they were trying to sneak into our room. We had allot of expensive stuff in that room after all that we had to lock every thing in our car!! Not much safer but at least we know who has keys to it!! We stayed 2 nights - the hotel is in the process of being updated, so not in great condition for the price, but convenient to walk to everything you need. Skip the breakfast in the morning - if you want something more than a bagel and juice. We come to Daytona Beach Florida every year, and this has been the worst stay eve. I rented 3 rooms for one night, after checking in I found that the bathrooms were half clean, and when we went to take a shower there was hair on the towels. Great remodel- the beds were super comfotable!

overall it was ok they had lowered the price when we checked in that was great, it is about 4 blocks from main st well within walking distance but far enough away 2 get some rest, also it was 5 miles from track wich is straight from hotel no turns, easy to get in and out of and beach ramp beside hotel, had alittle problem with room keys but it was promptly […] takin care, and they had a gaurd ronud the clock for bikes as well as under ground garage but it did have some leaks from the pool above i guess just had 2 watch where we parked it wasnt bad, stayed an extra night and they were very accomodating อ่านเพิ่มเติม

i got a receipt for $30 less than what hotels.com charged me(ripped off)... and the pool and the spa were under construction which is why i booked this hotel... to use the spa :(

Wir (25-30, Freunde) hatten 2 Nächte gebucht, haben aber noch um eine weitere Nacht verlängert. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, nahe der Promenade von Daytona Beach mit netten kleinen Restaurants in der Nähe und kostemlosen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Hotel hat unseren Erwartungen und Ansprüchen absolut entsprochen. Das Zimmer hatte 2 große, […] erstaunlich bequeme Betten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine. Dusche/Badewanne und Toilette sind getrennt vom Waschbecken mit großem Spiegel, was von der Aufteilung sehr gut war. Kleinen Minuspunkt nur für die geringe Größe des Raums mit Toilette und Dusche. Das im Preis inbegriffene kontinentale Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse erstaunlich gut. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Wegbeschreibungen gegeben. Als Nichtraucher und Raucher wurden wir beide zufriedengestellt, da das Hotel zwar ein striktes Nichtraucherhotel ist, das Rauchen aber auf den offenen Zugängen zu den Zimmern gestattet ist, so dass man auch aus den oberen Etagen keine weiten Wanderungen auf sich nehmen muss. ;) Durch teilweise vorhandene Sitzmöglichkeiten in diesen Bereichen sind nette Konversationen mit anderen Gästen zustande gekommen. Der Poolbereich ist nicht sonderlich groß, aber zum sonnen und für eine kleine Abkühlung gut nutzbar. Als Familienhotel oder für einen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt vielleicht nicht ganz das Richtige, aber als Ausgangspunkt für Strandaufenthalte, Ausflüge und ein paar schöne Tage in der Sonne absolut geeignet. Förväntningarna på den ingående frukosten var inte stor från början men den var sämre än värdelös. När dom få brödbitarna eller smeten till pannkakorna var slut så fick man leta efter någon som kanske hittade något att fylla på med. Med andra ord värdelös service.
