It WAS NOT GOOD. Im glad i was strong enough to turn shower on. It did not have a knob!

Stayed for just 1 night & it was the best hotel experience we've EVER had! Customer service was friendly & helpful. Free breakfast very delicious! 2 room suite is just like a 2 bedroom townhouse. Very homey, spacious & clean. Beds very comfortable & loved the kitchen. Near good places to eat & shop. Plenty of parking. Price was very affordable! Better […] than alot of hotels nearby. very helpful in every phase of the hotel service great job i will be staying in the future

First they gave us wrong room.not very helpful, had to call hotels.com who did correct it. no apology from hotel. Room not bad, could use to replace old furniture. I have never seen such dirty carpeting. My 7 month old granddaughters legs were black from crawling. we had to throw away our socks. Breakfast started at 6 and they were out of meat by 7. […] 5 out of 8 days they ran out of what was listed on schedule. on sunday they only had some mexican dish left, very disapointing. after staying 8 nights, asked for late check out. they would only let me stay an hour over. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

The lobby is nice. The rooms are very dated. The furniture is old. For example the dresser draws do not close properly. The internet is unusable at night as it slows to a crawl. The staff is friendly

The hotel was close by to the place that I needed to go, however the room was in poor condition. It needed to be painted, and the kitchen floor and cabinets replaced. They look as thought they are from the 70's. It was not the cleanest room I've been in. During the day there is not enough parking, as the employees take up a majority of the spaces.

Good location to airport, Ft. Bliss, shopping and eating. Condition of hotel needed some updating but it seemed that they were in the process of doing some of this. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and they offered an awesome breakfast included with the room rate. Not just doughnuts and coffee but a full blown set up with eggs cooked to order, […] fresh waffles, fruit, bagles etc. They also offer a welcome hour in the evening with a snack, beer wine etc. free of charge. Don't be deceived by the exterior, which looks a bit tired and neglected. Inside, our room was spacious, well appointed and impeccably clean.

Great place... And nice, clean, friendly!! I loved the made to order eggs for breakfast!! GreT value and I would soooooooo stay here again!!!

Not at all satisfied, it seems that this hotel got stuck in time and they don´t really care. The pullout couches are extremely old, and uncomfortable, there is no wireless internet in the rooms, only wired which is not practical for mobile devices without an ethernet jack, and if you carry a laptop, good luck getting connected to the web, the server […] does not work properly. The guys at the counter have absolutely no interest in accomodating the needs of the customers, we needed extra blankets and they told us to "go get them ourselves"... Hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional; accommodated our requests with promptness and courtesy. Our suite, to include kitchen and bathroom, were well kept and very clean. Pools, laundry room, and lounge area were nice and very clean. I compared several hotels in the area within the same price range as Chase and no other hotel came even […] remotely close to the value that I received for my money by choosing Chase. Got a good rate and was woried there was a catch. I was wrong. The room was in very good condition and the service was great. They called room after checkin to see if we were happy with room, provided ethernet cable for internet within minutes of requesting it, cooked breakfast eggs to order, social hour "appetizers" were burgers, hotdogs, and fries […] - sounds more like an actual meal to me. The room was not very nice, I booked the room because of the pictures on the website. They were set up the way in the pictures but the furniture was nowhere close to what they represented. Very low class.

Hotel staff is courteous but do not have reservations organized. They need to be more organized and prepared for arrivals.

This hotel is over priced for the condition it is kept in...the outdoor recreation area is nice but the rooms need improvement.
