the hotel staff there is excellent.all of them especially the man that helped us when we arrived,checking us in, takeing our suitcases to the rom and showing us around was out of this world.great employee. the hotel itself was a little out dated, small, and the equipment it used to cool and heat the room was less then standard. it was rated as a rci […] resort and im not sure how it got that status.was basically a hotel room that had a wall stuck in it to seprate the bedroom from the rest of it.small,very small. the linins were great.pillows were great.bed was great. best i have slept on in a hotel.the price i paid for the stay was way out there, too much for the location, no balcony,but that didnt break the deal when i first located it.wasnt a bad stay at all though, only problem was the size of the room,SMALL.not sure id rate it rci though. employees as i said were exceptional อ่านเพิ่มเติม

I did not like the fact I had to pay a deposite after I paid alot of money for the room. Of all the other hotels I've stayed in at virginia beach that was the first for a deposite. I can understand if it was for the phone but it wasn't. I didn't like the fact I had to put it on my credit card.Why I couldn't pay cash? The hold is still on my card. You […] stated it will take two days for the release of the hold. I'm still waiting. Check out time was to early and didn't offer breakfast. Also I didn't like the fact you ask your guest to take off the linen on the bed and put the dishes in the dish washer. What is housekeeping for? That is there job not your guest. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Our hotel met AND exceeded our expectations. We were totally and pleasantly surprised at our hotel room. It was comfortable and wonderful and had all the comforts of home along with an awesome view. We parked our car in the hotel parking garage and never had to get it out again until we left. Everything was in walking distance and we loved the night […] life on Atlantic Avenue. The view of the ocean and boardwalk outside our hotel room was spectacular. Our room actually had a dishwasher, which we have never encountered before. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children and was just perfect for our stay. We are, without a doubt coming back next summer and will be requesting the same room or a similar one next time. The ONLY problem with our stay is that it was just not long enough!!!! right in the hearth of the action on main street as you went out of the hotel with a beautiful view of sandy beaches and gorgeous sunrises from the bedroom of the suite we had rented at a very reasonable price for this type of location. Perfect for lovers or a family stay.
