Lasseters Hotel Casino - Desert Springs

There are only a few suggestions. The room doors slam loudly if not held. There is not enough seating in the restaurant on a weekend night. We almost had to stand to eat. The meal of beef and ribs was very tough and chewy-it needed to be marinated longer. The internet was unreliable but the hot tub was perfect. Thank you.

My only complaint ,is that the showers are low. Tall people like myself have to do backflips to wash our hair.

I upgraded to the 2 bedroom suite at a small cost paid directly to the hotel and it was very much worth it. We got a lovely lounge room downstairs which by night was used as my son's bedroom with a roll away. Upstairs we had 2 very large bedrooms with full on-suites. good location, fine feed at jiuicy rump, nice lap pool and access to bikes

Very comfortable and spacious room, breakfast buffet was also very good, with lots of choice (continental + English style, cereals galore and fresh fruit salad, etc). I would recommend including breakfast with your booking, as it was well worth it, considering the high Australian prices. I would stay there again. Room service is extremely difficult to order as it takes a long time to get someone to answer the phone. The hotel is undergoing renovations and therefore there is a lot of building works and dust which is understandable. Staff need to smile a little.

I was in Alice Springs on a business trip and stayed one night only. The room was small but clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. I ordered room service for dinner and the turnaround time was only 20 minutes and the meal was great. Will definitely stay again if the pillows were improved!!
