The recliner in my room was trashed....literally. It was in pieces but was set up to look like you could sit on it....which i did...and I regret. The staff was very friendly and the while the room wasn't newly renovated, it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was soft, the shower was hot, and my non-smoking room didn't have any hint of odors. Very restful stay, I'd recommend to anyone traveling through Nevada.

The reservation was for a 2-queen non-smoking room. Since we were driving 750 miles from Colorado, we called to let them know we would be arriving around 1-2:00 a.m.The room was prepaid, however, when we entered our room it was awful . It was a smoking room and we had a person who struggles with breathing. When I asked at the desk for another room, […] I was told they were filled...at 2:00 a.m. I was too tired to search for another room and so we stayed. The only bad thing was an overuse of room deoderizer to coverup past smells in the room (probably smoke in a non-smoking room).

When booking reservation, said room preference non-smoking. Hotel informed me they received the opposite request.
