"Rooms need TV channel listings"

My room was absolutely perfect except for one very major inconvenience. The room did not contain a hardcopy listing of the TV stations. That is, there was no guide I could look at that would tell me what station number is Fox News or ESPN. I should not have to channel flip for this critical information. There needs to be a hardcopy printout that lists […] the chanel numbers and what each channel is. I found the lack of a listing to be very frustratiing and it did make me think less of your hotel. I travel frequently and I have always been able to find a listing in other motel rooms. Please change your procedures so that lsitings are in rooms. Thank you. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

have stayed at this hotel in the past and always had good service, but this time we arrived about 1 hour before our room was ready. Instead of getting a polite come back your room isn't ready yet we got yelled out saying our room wasn't ready. Will think twice before i book this hotel again.

The pool is great With the exception that it is too cold!! to enjoy. A complaint by most that was there. The kids said they had a great time between the hot tub and slide. Is a great place for a family getaway.

Good location, Nice big room. However i got put right next to the roof of the lower wing and they huge fans they had kept kicking on/off and were extremely loud. Also lots of families go here for waterpark, i had screaming babies in the background most of the trip. Oh and the workout room isn't even worth mentoning.
