A really good quality hotel but improved signposting required as it is a bit hidden when approached from the brewery side

Cannot fault it, great location,great room, great staff and great breakfast!

Only one complaint - the noise from when the clubs closed!!

Very nice hotel . Staff very helpful and polite , comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast

From the outside the hotel looks lovely in what could be referred to as a 'trendy' location. The main reception again was well presented. Unfortunately it was all downhill from there. Without actively searching I found hairs on the toilet and what I can only imagine where blood splatters on the white shower curtain. One of the lights and the table […] lamp did not work (may have been bulbs had gone). The bed was small by hotel standards and the mattress uncomfortable. All in all an awful nights rest. The above coupled with the fact that the furniture was battered and looked like it had been thrown together from a charity shop in the mid 1980's resulted in an unpleasant experience at the Jury's Inn. Additionally, I did intend to respectfully complain to the desk on our checkout yet the poor service and lack of acknowledgment from the staff was so frustrating that I felt my time, as well as my money, would have been wasted. อ่านเพิ่มเติม

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night and found the hotel staff friendly and obliging. Room was a bargain for £40, very clean and comfortable. Didn't use the bar or restaurant so cannot comment on those but if they were as good as the rest of the hotel then there would be nothing to complain about.

Perfectly adequate and pleasant Hotel - my only criticism would be the lack of parking on-site and their recommended parking garage is at least a 5 minute walk away.

Cold room and cold shower. will not be staying here again!

A v. good comfortable hotel. staff v nice. very happy to let us have takeaway in room. Food in hotel very good. Breakfast better value if you book in advance.

Excellent value for a pre-Christmas break, all clean tidy and in good condition. Nice location less than 10 mins easy walk from city centre, but in a quiet area.

Nice hotel with lovely views of leeds. Great location close to the train station and the centre off leeds. Rooms where all clean with nice beds and clean simple on suite.

we definitely choose the right hotel, are stay was comfortable in our spacious room, excellent facilities, and pleasant friendly staff. In an excellent location to the city centre and a stone throw away from Leeds buzzing nightlife.

I've stayed in Jury's about 3 times in the last year and have zero complaints. It's a really well located hotel, great staff, great rooms, great value - perfect place to stay for a fun weekend.

It was a last minute booking and the main reason for choosing Jurys Inn has been the price for a double room. During check-in we were informed that the room booked was a superior triple with extra offerings (free internet connection, 10% discount for the restaurant etc.), all-inclusive in the already low price. Excellent hotel, good value, few miutes walk from the centre. Disapointed that hotel info on Hotels.com website suggested complimentary breakfast which was not the case however it was still good value.

This is the second time my friend and I have stayed at this hotel. It's close to the City Centre, very convenient for shopping. The staff are friendly, the food is nice and the overall experience was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

The Leeds oneway system is horrendous and the car park is across the river, in that system, not close to the hotel,as implied in the literature. The hotel itself though was very convenient for pedestrian shopping,and the area interesting and edgy. I loved to see all the young people on their hen nights and stag nights having such fun, and I also appreciated […] the hotel allotting me a room on the eighth floor well away from them. The views were superb. My twin room had a double and a single bed. I would have prefered two doubles. The maid was friendly and very efficient but the carpet was stained and tired. My husband and I stayed at the Jurys Inn after to coming to Leeds for a friends birthday. It was close to the train station and in a great area of town. We just stayed for one night, and the rooms were fine, clean and had a large comfy bed! comfortable room, attentive staff, walking distance of everything!!

Having booked on a cheap rate and read various reviews on Trip Advisor, we didn't have high expectations of the standards of the Jury's Inn, so were pleasantly surprised by our stay. Our room was large and pleasant, with a single bed as extra to the booked double. The room was clean with all basic expected facilities, and was set in the pleasant location […] of Brewery Wharf, only a 10-15 minute walk from the railway station. All good though closer parking would be better. Water pressure not the best but advised reception on check out.

The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. I had a fantastic view over the canal and city. The hair dryer didn't work and there was no iron in the room, but other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location near to centre. A little noisy in the early hours with revellers outside the hotel, so had to shut the window.

The hotel and staff were very good. Reception staff were especially helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to a number of bars that caused a bit of noise late at night but not too much of a problem. The car park was about five minutes walk away, so if the weather isn't good could be a problem.

The Jurys inn Leeds is overall a good hotel. The staff are very pleasant and nothing is any trouble to them. Breakfast was included in the Hotels.com price, and was also very good. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the centre, we found it easier to walk down Boar Lane to the Corn exchange and then onto calls lane and there is a ginnell next to number […] 42, where you then go over a small bridge over the canal and Jurys inn is straight in front of you. Good enough location for a night out, didn't really use it for much else than putting my head on the pillow.

I would go back in a flash ,lovely hotel,breakfast plentiful and delicious ,triple room was spacious with big floor to ceiling window.We loved the area ,nice little cafe/shop nearby,beautiful,classy very friendly staffed bar opposite ,also a tapas bar /restaurant nearby , slight incline to walk ten minutes into city centre. Whats not to love !

The location of the hotel is great, convenient for the city and a nice surrounding area. Having said that, the room I was allocated was first floor with a huge floor to ceiling window overlooking a busy pedestrian area (no privacy unless you have the curtains completely shut, and the room lighting is poor). Went on a 10 ppl stag night, absolutely fantastic hotel, 5 mins walk from city centre, will defo stay again

Good room, good facilities, perfect positioning for a short walk to all the city has to offer.

Stayed at Jury's Inn for a weekend getaway with friends. The hotel is clean, friendly and modern and the room rate is good at the weekend. The town centre is only a ten to fifteen minute walk away. Recommended.

Nice hotel and competitive price. However, the car park was not so convenient at the weekend.

We stayed only one night but were so pleased with the package offered. Good price with no breakfast - this was fine as we had to leave early. Good stuff.

On arrival at the hotel we were advised by a rude receptionist that the hotel did not have a car park, and she gave us a map to direct us to a near-by car park that the hotel reccomends its guests to use. We parked there on Saturday 23rd April, which cost £11 for one night, then on Sunday we attempted to leave the car park. We were horrified to find […] out that the car park was shut as it was Easter Sunday. Even though the receptionist knew we were leaving on Easter Sunday she still advised we used this car park, when we returned to complain we were subject to, yet again, a very poor display of customer service. started badly, had booked 2 adjoining rooms only 1 room booked 2nd room booked for week later. couldnt get adjoining room then, and had child with us. not happy. then all the first night noise up and down corridor and drunk people knocking my door at all hours of morning not good with 3yr old. actual hotel was ok but all stags and hens on weekends so […] not really suitable for kids. not sure if i would stay here again.. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
