Great location, easy access to fabulous beach and convenience of Kihei town. Wonderful views, oceanfront condos (closest units are lower end numbers 301,204, etc.). Well-kept , friendly complex. Very quiet in evening, everyone very respectful of quiet hours(after 9). We had to move out of our first condo on the second day due to plumbing fiasco. Was […] not as pleased with the first two units Maui condo and home (leasing company) referred us to. The third was nice and worked out fine. I stayed at Surfside from June 7-12, 2010. It was more than I expected. The checkin was easy as I only needed to get the access code from the owner of unti 106. The unit was clean, cozy, and needed nothing but my own food. The stores and shopping on the south side where from 5 minutes away. The unit was ground level so that we could walked right outside […] the lanai and into the beautiful green lawn which led directly to the ocean. There was a walkpath (less than 2 minutes) to the beach entry. We BBQ everynight alongside the nice pool. I had to get use to the birds chirping outside the window of the bedroom but everything was wonderful. Also the unit had no AC but the fans kept it nice and pleasant.
