"a room is not the same as a suite"
My only complaint is that we paid the extra money for a suite, but were given a normal room... When I called the front desk to make them aware of their mistake, I was LIED to and told that we were in fact given a suite... Having stayed at this hotel before, I know the difference... The stay was WONDERFUL! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was very impressed with the tables and chairs in the pool area. And of course, the breakfast was Super Delicious! "Can you say HOT!"
The room keys did not work at all. Every time we left our room and had to get back in we had to go back down to the front desk to get new keys made and were lucky if they worked. My daughter and I stayed over just one night last weekend for a 1/2 marathon race in Ft Worth. Very clean hotel with a good location and great staff. The desk clerk told us where the nearest RedBox was as well as the local Target - both within 1 mile. The hotel is located next to the Hurst Police station and local hospital which was comforting....not […] much crime next to the police station of course. No DVD player in the room, which seemed odd. Th location of the hotel is in a great area..Right next to police station so you can feel safe in the area. Many restaurants in the local area. Went down for just one night to Six Flags and it was just the right amount of distance from there since the Rangers also had a game Saturday night.
