Days Inn Manassas Va - มานาสซาส

Front desk made no attempt to help us with a mix up in our reservations. He only repeated what he couldn't do instead of offering suggestions as to how to resolve it. One simple phone call made by myself quickly settled the mix up.

When we discovered that the cleaning ladies had tossed out my husband's medical supplies, I went to the front desk. He said they would never do that and later told me they denied doing it. Now I know for a fact that I had them in a brown paper bag on the bathroom counter. We wouldn't leave home without them. He refused to assist or pay us back once […] we located a medical store to replace them (another fun outing), the only compensation he offered was 2 coupons for free ice cream (in April) and a car wash (for our rental). Our stay at the Days Inn in Mannassas, Va.could not have been better, the staff especailly Claudia was graat. The breakfast had the best waffles I ever ate. The entire hotel was clean and the staff went out of their way for my comfort.

Very nice room. Good staff. Met our needs at an affordable rate. [Needed remote on TV replaced but this was not a big deal to me.] Buddy

I was surprised at the quality of this hotel, considering its low cost. The room had everything I needed and more (coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator are all included). The staff was professional, kind, and attentive. Free WIFI, adequately furnished, quiet, clean. I chose to stay in this hotel because my dog was at nearby pet hospital. I must say that the room was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the bed was too hard.

The sheets were worn out , the fan didn't work in bathroom and the clock was broken.

We have stayed in this Hotel on several occasions over the past three years and we find it ticks all of our boxes and gives value and comfort for the money. Any time we visit the DC area in the future this Hotel will remain our vacation choice. WE SHALL RETURN JC Greenock, SCOTLAND

We enjoyed our stay at this Days Inn, because it was a good location for what we needed to do. We did have a situtation with ants in our room so we were moved to another room. The Continental Breakast they served, and the Customer Service we received was good.

Hotel was blah, nothing special but no real issues.

We checked out one day early . the room was dirty and no breakfast as stated . elevator was broke

I was stopping off for the night, arriving late, as I travelled between two points. I was not interested in a lot of frills. Check-in was prompt and I was given the type of room I had booked. The room was clean, bed comfortable, AC worked fine. Plenty of hot water in the morning. Check-out took less than a minute. I grabbed some fresh fruit and a newspaper […] from the lobby and departed. We enjoyed our stay at our Days Inn. Our only issues with our room was there was not a vent in the bathroom and the TV was old. The breakfast also needed to provide some fruit. Overall, we were very satisfied and got a good night's rest.

Probably the best of all 2-3 star motels my wife and I have stayed since leaving Oregon 3 weeks ago. Comfortable bed, high ceilings,spacious, clean rooms, quiet, safe feeling, friendly, helpful staff , nice breakfast with waffles, cereal sweet rolls etc. We were visiting Washington DC and had to drive about 15 miles to the Vienna end of line Metro. […] Lots of traffic early in the morning but easy drive to Metro parking lot. I loved it it was very clean I didn't have any problem

Was well worth the price. The room was in decent shape as well as the rest of the hotel. I got the room for the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Manassas, as a reenactor, and it was a little far from the battle field but the price was great. The night staff was very nice and helpfull.

Clean, and in reppair. Sits at least 5 mins off the freeway, and 45 mins from DC. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was megar and the coffee weak. Don't get this hotel because of breakfast, you'll go be dissapointed.

Days Inn was very nice in every area especially for the money. I even had a huge waffle and juice for breakfast. Can't complain a bit! :) Worth the money.

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff. Surprisingly nice for the price. The location wasn't the best, but it was OK.

Its not the most updated, but it is clean and close to dc. good local food, Tonys is awesome, and not a crazy area for traffic.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful to our group. Within walking distance of the hotel are several places to eat, a KMart and Krogers. So if you are like us and always forget to bring something on your trip, it's easy to find. The complimentary breakfast was great! It far surpassed what we imagined would be available. The only thing […] we didn't like was the pool the first couple days we were there. The water was green and we were told that it was due to the lighting, but once the pool was cleaned, it had a more natural blue color to it. This hotel was nice and convenient to our family gathering. It was clean and the bed an pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious with lots of room to move around and not fall into the television or bed. We arrived after 11 pm and the staff was great about getting our accommodations right away. I have stayed in a lot of hotels before, but this one was the best. I could actually sleep on the bed comfortably. Yea!!

Lobby housekeeping leaves alot to be desired; poor clean-up during breakfast hours, overflowing trash, dirty counters and staff had to be asked to re-supply milk. Weekends were worse, we had to go looking for a staff person to get our needs met. Computer was not working for 1 of the days we were there.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was huge, updated and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable we slept late all three days we were there! Great nice and clean hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Appliances/eletronics are out dated i.e. microwave, tv and furniture. The room i stayed in could also use a newer carpet.

Located on Highway 28 South ideally placed for strangers arriving at Washington Dulles International Airport. Pick up hire car - exit the airport - straight on to I28 South and some 18 miles later you are there - Hotel is on the LEFT. The rooms and bathrooms were always kept very clean. The only problem was their wireless internet connection which was extremely slow and sometimes non-existent depending on which area of the room I sat. Other than that, the staff were friendly and available for questions.

Resonable driving distance to Metro station for access to Washington. Drive to station 30 minutes, train to City centre 40 minutes. Parking at station difficult, we used meter at US$10 per day. Hotel only a short taxi ride to Manassa old town.

The staff was helpful and the room was clean. It's a good distance from the Manassas Battlefield (which we knew in advance), but the price was right.

This hotel was about 45 minutes from The White House and all the DC attractions, but, it was worth it. The rooms were a little small and the continental breakfast was a little on the cheap side, but, for the price of the hotel, I can’t complain too much.
